Here's my one-month usage review. The cooling effect is refreshingly strong. The scent has a minty feel to it. I loved how it cleanses well and leaves my scalp feeling squeaky clean. It might be just me, but I used to have itchiness after washing, but with this shampoo, it's less noticeable. I really enjoyed the fresh feeling it gives. I'd recommend this to people with seborrheic dermatitis or those with oily scalps that aren't excessively greasy. I'm on the fence about repurchasing, and here's why: - It can be irritating. If you rinse thoroughly, it's fine, but if you don't rinse well enough, your scalp can feel hot and turn red. I was surprised when this happened unintentionally due to lack of time. I didn't expect it from good ingredients, but it seems there's some irritation. As with all shampoos, thorough rinsing is key. - Quick buildup and scalp odor I have an oily scalp that gets greasy quickly, but this shampoo seems particularly prone to that. The cooling sensation when washing is nice, but if I wash at night, by morning there's a scalp odor. By afternoon, it's greasy again. I'm almost at the point of washing twice a day... This is why I'm hesitant about repurchasing. - Doesn't lather well and runs out quickly I've heard natural shampoos don't lather much, and that's true here. I found a solution for this (see tip below). But even so, it still runs out fast. - Faulty container The pump came defective. I ended up buying an empty bottle (see photo). I'm not sure if I did something wrong, but the pump nozzle wouldn't come out properly. It was frustrating not being able to use it. If anyone knows if I'm using it incorrectly, please leave a comment. Put a little water in a foaming container, mix in the shampoo, shake well, then apply the foam to your scalp. This creates a rich lather that's easy to apply and rinse out. This method seems to work well for natural shampoos. - Hwahae UserOily SkinOct 11, 2017
I tried the natural shampoo for the first time. I'm usually someone whose hair gets oily easily and needs to be washed daily, but with this shampoo, I can go about 2 days without needing to wash it!! My hair doesn't get as oily~^^ And I used to have a lot of hair fall, but with this shampoo, I feel like there's a bit less hair falling out. I plan to keep using it~ I end up using a lot of shampoo I've noticed myself continuously pumping it out... If you do a double shampoo, it seems to get your hair even cleaner - Hwahae UserCombination SkinJun 19, 2017
Two months ago, after undergoing a scalp surgery, I went to the hair salon and they recommended a natural shampoo. After searching online, I found a review that really caught my eye, so I purchased the shampoo along with the treatment. The packaging is beautiful, like a wine bottle. I have an oily, seborrheic scalp, and the shampoo I was using before would leave my hair feeling greasy and smelly over time. But with this shampoo, even after just two days, my hair feels much less oily and cleaner. The shampoo alone is quite drying, but using the purchased treatment makes a big difference. After a month of use, I'm very satisfied. The scent is a bit disappointing. The shampoo doesn't have a very pleasant fragrance - it has more of a herbal smell that some may not like. Personally, I also felt that the amount provided is a bit on the lower side, considering my thick hair. If you lightly wet your hair and gently lather the shampoo, and then use it more thoroughly on the second wash, it will leave your hair feeling refreshed. You definitely need to use the treatment as well, as the shampoo can be quite drying on its own.
