If not rinsed thoroughly, it can cause minor skin irritation. The hair texture is not as soft as I'd like. The shampoo lathers up very strongly, almost like a water gun, which can be inconvenient.

The scalp itchiness has disappeared, and there is no irritation. Hair loss has also significantly decreased. The ingredients seem to be top-notch.

Since it's a natural shampoo, my hair feels stiff and doesn't lather well.

The price is affordable, and it has a cool shampoo feel, so my scalp feels refreshed after washing.

To get more lather, you can add a bit of water to the shampoo in the container, shake it well, and then apply the bubbly mixture to your scalp. This makes the lather more abundant and also helps rinse it out thoroughly.
I found this method to be convenient and effective for natural shampoos.

I'm considering whether to repurchase this, and the reasons are as follows:
- It's a bit irritating
Even if I rinse it thoroughly, if I don't rinse it enough, my scalp feels hot and reddened. I was surprised by this, as I didn't expect it with such good ingredients. I guess there is some level of irritation, so thorough rinsing is a must, like with any shampoo.

- It gets greasy and smelly quickly
My scalp is naturally oily, and this shampoo seems to make it get greasy faster than usual. After washing at night, I'd wake up with a greasy, smelly scalp in the morning. By the afternoon, it would be quite oily. I end up having to wash my hair twice a day.

- Lack of lather and fluffiness
They say natural shampoos don't lather well, and that seems to be the case here. But I found a trick to fix that. (See the tip below) However, even with that, it still feels a bit flat.

- Faulty packaging
The pump came defective, so I had to buy a separate dispenser. (See the photo) I'm not sure if it was my fault or if the pump was just bad, but it was frustrating that I couldn't use the original packaging.

I really hope people suffering from seborrheic dermatitis like me try this shampoo. I think I've found my go-to shampoo.

The downside is that the lather doesn't form well, but if I squeeze it out once and rinse it a second time, the lather comes out abundantly on the second rinse.

Most importantly, I've noticed that my hair falls out less after using this shampoo for just a week.

I've tried countless shampoos to deal with my chronic scalp itchiness, dandruff, inflammation, and hair loss. After using this shampoo for a little over two months, I've noticed both its strengths and weaknesses, so I'm leaving a review.
First and foremost, the scalp itchiness, dandruff, and inflammation have disappeared. It's not 100% perfect, but the difference is quite noticeable, and I'm very satisfied. I used to unconsciously scratch my head constantly, leading to inflammation, scabs, and even bleeding when I'd tear off the scabs - but that's no longer an issue. The flakes on my shoulders have also nearly vanished.
However, the hair loss is still an open question. Some days it seems to have reduced, but on other days, it still sheds quite a bit. I'll need to observe this further.
