This product isn't discontinued! I bought it because it's famous for being an affordable dupe for the Nars Galapagos eyeshadow. It's perfect for softening eyeliner after application! The shimmer tends to migrate a bit and there's some excess powder fallout. - qa*****Dry SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedDec 27, 2023
1. A budget-friendly alternative to NARS Galapagos I'm using this solely to soften my eyeliner, and honestly, I'm very satisfied with it. It has a slightly redder tone compared to NARS. However, for someone with a deep undertone like me, this color actually seems to be more flattering. 2. Great for creating depth and dimension The color payoff is strong, and it blends well, making it perfect for contouring and adding shadows. 1. The shimmer, which is supposed to be a key feature of this product, is disappointing. The glitter particles tend to fall off easily. I think it might be just as good without the shimmer. 2. The case is prone to fingernail marks Opening and closing the case is stiff and inconvenient. - ji****Dry SkinAcne SkinRecommendedSep 7, 2022
I'm using this product excellently for removing eyeliner. The subtle shimmer gives a natural look. There's quite a bit of excess powder, so you need to tap the brush a few times before applying. - kc******Dry SkinSensitive SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsInner DrynessRednessRecommendedJan 15, 2022
I bought this thinking the color would look great as an eyeliner. The eyeshadow has a subtle, beautiful gold shimmer, so I thought it would look pretty on my eyes. While it's not as noticeable as I expected, the application is decent, though not exceptional. Perhaps due to the gold shimmer, it doesn't glide on smoothly and feels a bit gritty. However, the color payoff is excellent, and the shade itself is absolutely gorgeous. There's some excess powder fallout, so be careful when blending around the eyes to avoid getting it in them. - Hwahae UserOily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedOct 22, 2021
Bought the famous 'One Piece Tiramisu' eyeshadow. It's renowned for softening eyeliner and filling in the inner corner. I purchased it for these reasons. Surprisingly, it's shimmery instead of matte as I expected. The color is beautiful, and since you only need to use a tiny amount, it'll probably last forever. Since it's meant for targeted application rather than broad coverage, the shimmer isn't noticeable. - dn********Dry SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedAug 9, 2021
I immediately bought this when I heard it was a dupe for 'NARS Galapagos'. It's truly the best... perfection itself. It's great for blending after removing eyeliner. For those who struggle with eyeliner, try drawing the line with this first, then apply your eyeliner - it's absolutely flawless. Everyone should definitely get this... it's a must-have! I wish there was just a tiny bit less gold shimmer. But it's still great! It's really beautiful! - fb*******Normal SkinRecommendedJul 6, 2021
I was using NARS Galapagos but finished it, and since buying a new one was too expensive, I opted for this cheaper alternative. The color is the same, but the pigmentation is weaker, so you need to apply it several times to get a similar effect to Galapagos. It's perfect for softening eyeliner. Many people might buy this as a cheaper alternative to Galapagos, but while Galapagos is a true bark brown, this one is more like a slightly faded bark brown, as if it had dried out a bit. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinRecommendedJun 1, 2021
Perfect for smudging eyeliner. The color payoff is great and the gold shimmer is beautiful. It's a budget-friendly dupe for a famous product. While not exactly the same, it offers excellent value for money. - wj********Dry SkinSensitive SkinMay 31, 2021
The versatility of colors, pigmentation, and staying power are said to rival NARS Galapagos at a lower price point. While I can't compare since I haven't tried that one, I'm extremely satisfied with this product's value for money. While I was really enjoying using this, it unfortunately caused contact dermatitis. My eyes became itchy, my skin developed eczema-like patches with dead skin cells, swelling, and some kind of blemishes. Sadly, I can't use it anymore. I wonder if I'm the only one experiencing this... It's such a shame, as I was planning to buy NARS products instead now. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinRecommendedMay 10, 2021
I fell in love with it at first sight and bought it! Personally, I find it absorbs well and I'm quite pleased with it. Above all, for a glitter product, it's surprisingly easy to remove! The color is a bit too bold for everyday use... so I don't find myself reaching for it very often. I like to apply it lightly, almost smudging it, under my eyes or along my eyeliner for a subtle effect!
