The water toner is so moisturizing! I have quite dry skin, so even in the height of summer, I find the water toner a bit burdensome to use, but I've been using it up until now in September, which is how moisturizing it is! The fragrance was barely noticeable to me personally. It was much better than having artificial fragrance added. And I didn't have any major breakouts, so I think it would be suitable for all skin types. It's the best water toner I've tried so far.
Cons
I saw a review that said to place flower petals on the areas you want to soothe, but the truth is, the flower petals don't really hold their shape well enough to be used that way, and it's kind of a hassle... So when you use it, the flower petals end up getting crushed and sticking to your face, which is a bit annoying. I don't really understand why they sell it with flower petals separately included...

After cleansing, it helps control excess dryness and is too precious to use just as a toner, so I just pat it on like a lotion. Even after applying other toners and essences, I couldn't control the dryness, but I definitely felt the impact of this toner on the rest of my skincare routine. The fragrance is not overly irritating, which I like. This is the most satisfying toner I've used.

The flower petal blocks the opening, so it's a hassle to shake out the last bit when using it up. By that time, the opening also gets messy. The lid is also hard to open, so I struggle to remove the contents when recycling it. I think the rose scent is the best among all. I really love the rose scent, so I've tried using rose water, rose oil, and as much as I could. It has just the floral rose scent without the slightly pungent note. And it's for dry skin, but when I apply it, it feels plump and supple (not tight). The appearance is also pretty.
