The skin feels instantly smoother and more refined as the moisture is quickly absorbed. The scent is also wonderful, and compared to Kiehl's Calendula, this product is certainly worth the higher price. While Kiehl's focuses on hydration, Fresh provides a trifecta of hydration, cooling, and soothing.
Cons
The bottle is very inconvenient. It's impossible to remove the flower petals, and towards the end when the toner is running low, no matter how much you shake it, the product won't come out... I've asked in stores a few times if they can remove the petals, but they've said there's nothing they can do. I keep comparing it to Kiehl's, but Kiehl's has a one-piece cap that's easy to separate, so you can transfer it to a smaller container, and you can remove the leaves if they start to clump.

The flower petals look pretty. The scent is not bad and it's quite nice! I've been using it to wipe my face with cotton pads, and I can feel my skin texture getting more refined and blackheads being cleared. I'm not sure if it's because of this toner or the other oils I've been using, but overall it's not bad.

I can only use it to wipe my face...ㅠㅠ I tried using it as a face pack by soaking a thin cotton pad and putting it on my face, but as soon as I took it off, the area where I had the pad was red. I was so surprised that I'll never use it as a pack again ㅜ There are a lot of stories saying it's not good for sensitive skin, and it really seems to be the case. ++I'd like to add this. The cap/lid part is too sharp... I cut my hand badly trying to open it. After that, I've been opening it with my clothes in fear. Everyone, please be careful!

Additional Review As the weather gets colder, the benefits of this product become even more apparent!! Recently, as it has been getting chilly, just applying a cream has left my face looking pale. So after using this toner at night and then applying my usual cream, it doesn't feel tight at all!! I first gently patted the toner all over my face before wiping it off with a cotton pad. After applying the cream, my skin feels plump and smooth. It's not a heavy, sticky plumpness, but a moisturized, non-drying one!! —————————————————————— The best thing is definitely the fragrance!!! Many other brands also have rose-scented products, but the Fresh products have the most appealing scent to me!! The nice fragrance makes me feel good when applying it and even during the massage-like application. And even though it's a toner, it's still hydrating. It's not a slippery or oily formula, but it is moisturizing! It has a nice balance of moisture and hydration. I have sensitive, combination, and somewhat acne-prone skin, but I've been using this with no issues! As it's not drying or oily, I think this would be a great all-season cleanser follow-up product to use for maintaining skin texture.
Cons
The price is still the issue!! It's too burdensome to buy without duty-free discounts.
Tip
I didn't have any breakouts, but from reading other reviews, it seems some people did experience some. Those with sensitive skin should definitely do a patch test first.
