Pros
So far, I've used about 4 bottles of this toner, and it's just a decent, unremarkable toner. I usually just use blotting paper because I find it annoying to use cotton pads, and while there are clearly some irritating ingredients in this toner, it's fine when I use it. But the next day, I start to see signs of breakouts, so I can't use it for long. However, the rose scent is so pleasant... The natural, non-artificial rose scent that this rose water toner has is really, really nice. When my skin is in good condition, it's fine, but if I use it for a few days in a row, breakouts will definitely come up... But I really love Fresh products, especially this rose scent, so on days when I want to feel like I'm doing some aromatherapy and change my mood, I'll use it occasionally. But on days when my body and skin condition aren't great, the breakouts start creeping up and it's scary to use. These days, since it's a seasonal change, my skin is often feeling heated and very sensitive, so I can't use anything other than hydrating toners. I'm not using it at the moment. My healthy, normal-skinned family members say it leaves their skin nicely moisturized and in good condition, so they use it well. For those who don't have sensitive skin, this would probably be an okay toner to use.
Cons
It seems like there are more rose petals in the toner liquid than the actual toner. So when I open the next bottle, there's too much petal burden and it becomes annoying to use. The petals keep clogging the bottle opening. But I probably won't buy it again now, since there are so many good toners out there.

If you have non-sensitive skin, you can try using this toner as a refreshing toner pack. Just soak a cotton pad generously with the toner and use it as a toner pack. It can provide a nice therapeutic effect.

The water toner is so moisturizing! I have quite dry skin, so even in the height of summer, I find the water toner a bit burdensome to use, but I've been using it up until now in September, which is how moisturizing it is! The fragrance was barely noticeable to me personally. It was much better than having artificial fragrance added. And I didn't have any major breakouts, so I think it would be suitable for all skin types. It's the best water toner I've tried so far.
Cons
I saw a review that said to place flower petals on the areas you want to soothe, but the truth is, the flower petals don't really hold their shape well enough to be used that way, and it's kind of a hassle... So when you use it, the flower petals end up getting crushed and sticking to your face, which is a bit annoying. I don't really understand why they sell it with flower petals separately included...

I think the rose scent is the best among all. I really love the rose scent, so I've tried using rose water, rose oil, and as much as I could. It has just the floral rose scent without the slightly pungent note. And it's for dry skin, but when I apply it, it feels plump and supple (not tight). The appearance is also pretty.
Cons
The price... And the petals block it, so I can't use it frugally until the end. Tears of blood,,, ================== Is it just me? The Rose Toner is an excellent product for those who prefer rose-scented products. When applied to a cotton pad and wiped across the face, the subtle rose fragrance is lovely. Compared to other rose toners, this one has much less of a chemical scent, which I really appreciated. Just looking at the toner, the rose petals are not dried out and appear to be suspended in the liquid, making it a visually appealing addition to one's vanity. (It looks incredibly chic!) However, the rose petals do not come out when applying the toner to a cotton pad. I found this quite fascinating, perhaps due to the narrow opening. Some calendula toners I've used have had flower petals come out, leaving residue on the face, but the Fresh Toner did not have this issue, which I really liked. While it can be difficult to fully hydrate the skin with just a toner, this one left my skin feeling somewhat replenished after just one application. Oh, the scent is so lovely! It's not artificial at all. The toner has good moisturizing power, and if you pat it on a few times (7 times is too much of a hassle), it will make your skin feel hydrated all the way through. The scent is great, but it also looks so beautiful, which makes me feel good.
Cons
I didn't know the ingredients would be like this... It gives a very natural-friendly impression, but the ingredients are not. And the flower petals get clogged later on, so please widen the pores a bit.

I'm about 2/3 through using it. Even though I'm not great at detecting floral scents, the lack of artificial rose fragrance made it easy to use without feeling burdened. When I just applied the toner, it would sometimes feel a bit tight as it evaporated, but this product doesn't do that, which I like.
Cons
It was fine until I used about half of it, but after that, the flower petals inside started coming out with the product; it's not that they disappear when you apply it, but they stick on like flakes, so you have to peel them off, which is a hassle.
