Of course, scars and pigmentation remained unchanged. It feels a bit thick when applied directly to bare skin, so I layer it on after toner and emulsion for better absorption. It seems to have a calming effect on the skin. If you have acne-prone skin, you absolutely must try this. I'm confident you'll see 100% results. I've been using it for less than a week, and even though my acne wasn't severe to begin with, I can feel my skin improving gradually.
ConsIt's not without a somewhat thick texture when used alone, and it can make your skin look too white. Don't go outside right after applying this. If I need to go out, I only use a small amount. With a small amount, it gives a natural brightening effect. However, I wouldn't use this for its brightening effect if I'm planning to go out. As a cream, it's just a simple moisturizer.

My blemishes seem to have calmed down a bit too. Plus, the amount you get for the price is fantastic - it's such great value! While it might not work wonders on already inflamed or pustular blemishes, it's really effective for irritated or rough skin!
ConsThe texture is quite thick, which can't be helped, but since it comes in a jar, it tends to collect a bit of dust!
TipIt works wonders if you apply a thick layer on troubled areas before going to bed!

Doing this for just 3 days made them disappear completely! The soothing effect is truly the best I've experienced among all the products I've tried.
ConsI was a bit concerned about hygiene due to the jar packaging. Applying it all over the face overnight felt a bit heavy. While it did calm existing blemishes, it seemed to cause one or two new ones to appear.
TipI found that applying it like a cream mask all over the face, leaving it for 10 minutes, and then washing it off with a cleansing foam really helped soothe my skin! Just make sure to cleanse with a foam cleanser after application, otherwise it leaves a slippery residue.

ConsThe scent isn't particularly pleasant, so those sensitive to fragrances should think carefully before purchasing

I've attached a photo, but please be aware it might be a bit graphic. My cheeks were always red, but after applying this cream generously before bed, I'd wake up to see the redness significantly reduced. I've almost finished the jar now, and my complexion has become much more stable. It seems to work wonders for blemishes too. Whenever I feel a small pimple coming up, I apply a thick layer of this cream like it's a spot treatment. After a few days, it gradually subsides and disappears. While its hydration might not be as intense as Cicative Calcium, it's clear that its soothing properties are more prominent than its moisturizing effects. If your skin is feeling particularly sensitive or your skin condition isn't great, try using it as an overnight mask. Apply it generously before bed, and you'll likely notice a significant improvement in your skin's condition the next morning. Personally, I've seen amazing results with closed comedones. My skin was in terrible shape at one point. I tried using Stridex (the red box) for daily exfoliation and slathering on Aromatica's aloe gel, thinking closed comedones were caused by dead skin cells and dehydration. But instead of improving, it just got worse. I bought this cream on a whim because it was cheap, intending to use it as an emulsion. But the results were incredible. As you can see in the photo, my entire cheeks were covered in closed comedones that wouldn't pop. I'd heard that whiteheads were sebum plugs trapped by dead skin cells, so I tried managing it with Stridex, but it didn't help. Stridex is expensive and needs to be imported, so I did some research and found a much cheaper alternative available in Korean pharmacies called Cleartin. It has the same ingredients as Stridex. I used Cleartin for exfoliation and this cream instead of aloe gel. After a few months of consistent use, my skin improved dramatically! As you can see in the photo, the bumps have subsided, and the red marks are just scars from previous breakouts. I really hope this combination of Cleartin and this cream can help those struggling with deep, unpoppable blemishes or closed comedones. I bought the Aromatica aloe gel after reading reviews saying it was good for closed comedones, but it didn't work for me at all!
ConsWhile Cicative Calcium has a soft texture that absorbs well into the skin, this zinc cream doesn't feel like it absorbs as effectively. It's fine if you apply a small amount, but if you use too much, it doesn't seem to sink in. Instead of absorbing, it feels more like it's sitting on top of your skin, almost like a mask. The texture is soft but slightly thick, which makes it a bit challenging to use as a moisturizer before makeup. It can leave a white cast, especially if it gets into your eyebrows. While the residue does eventually disappear, I wouldn't recommend using it in the morning before applying makeup unless you use an extremely thin layer. My suggestion would be to use Cicative Calcium in the morning, and save this zinc cream for nighttime use, as a spot treatment for blemishes, or as an overnight mask when your skin is red and irritated. That's when it seems to be most effective.
TipThis product works best when used: - On reddened skin - As a spot treatment on areas with blemishes - Applied generously all over the face when your skin condition isn't great If you have very dry skin, I'd recommend Cicative Calcium. For those with dry but sensitive skin, try using Calcium in the morning and this zinc cream at night as a sleeping mask. This approach seems to yield the best results.

Many moisturizing creams only make your skin feel greasy right after application, but I was surprised to find that after using this mask at night, my skin remained soft until I removed my makeup the next day after going out. I feel like it might have calmed my milia, but I'll need to use it more to see if they completely disappear. Interestingly, I felt its skin protection effect was even better than a cica cream.
ConsThe texture is quite surprising... At first, I thought I had mistakenly bought a brightening moisturizer or sunscreen. I've heard that zinc is an ingredient used in baby powder, which might explain why it makes the skin feel powdery when applied. For a cream, it's quite drying. Oddly enough, it still feels rich, so applying a little leaves my skin dry, while applying too much makes me worry it might clog my pores and cause blemishes. Also, if you're going to wash it all off with a cleansing foam after masking, it feels a bit wasteful and I don't quite understand the point. (I only tried it once as a mask, but it did seem effective).
Tip+Update I switched to an emulsion with stronger hydration this time, and I found that layering skincare products (toner once > thin layer of emulsion > thin layer of cream) seems more effective in improving deep dryness and milia than applying cream directly after multiple layers of toner. I think it's best to adjust the types and amounts of basic skincare products you use together, according to your own oil and moisture balance.

After squeezing them, I apply this as a soothing treatment. I also use it thinly for daily care, and it seems to be effective. The redness disappears quickly, and there's no irritation. It's also great value for money.
ConsIf you apply too much before makeup, it can leave a white cast like sunscreen... haha. It's better to use at night.
TipSince it contains cica, I apply it thickly and focus on the red areas.

When the seasons shift, I struggle with sporadic breakouts. At those times, not applying anything is actually the most direct way to 'calm' the skin. However, that leads to skin tightness and dryness issues. After much deliberation, I decided to purchase this product. The visible effect is noticeable when I wash my face in the morning. The areas around the blemishes are less inflamed and ready to be extracted if needed. After that, I apply a patch and my skincare products, and it's good to go. If you're unsure about its effectiveness after one day, try using it for about three consecutive days, and you'll see the difference! For a cosmetic product, it has a relatively dramatic effect, especially beneficial for those with irritated skin. Those with normal skin who buy it just because others recommend it might not find any notable benefits. Despite containing 7% zinc, which could be drying, they've balanced it with shea butter and a moisturizing barrier. It provides enough hydration for combination skin during seasonal changes. However, those with dry skin might find it lacking in moisture. I apply it in the order of toner, cream, and then this zinc cream.
ConsDue to the 7% zinc content, it can leave a white cast similar to mineral sunscreen. This is an unavoidable aspect, so it's important to understand this before using. If you try to apply foundation or anything else over it, it will definitely pill. Don't even attempt it. For even application, pat it on with a puff as the last step of your nighttime routine. Applying too much will cause it to pill and come off, so the key is to pat on the 'right amount'. Because it contains zinc and shea butter, applying it too thickly might clog pores and cause small bumps (it's a bit of a double-edged sword). Make sure to apply an appropriate amount. One downside is that it comes in a jar type packaging, so you need to be careful about keeping it clean from dust.
TipFor those with irritated skin, make sure to apply this at night! The effects are really good.

If you want to use it as a cream, you need to apply only a tiny amount. When your face feels hot and red, apply a thick layer of this product all over, then rinse it off after a while. Amazingly, it calms your skin down quickly!
ConsThis product is more like a wash-off mask than a cream! If you want to use it as a cream, you need to apply only a tiny amount. The biggest drawback is that this point isn't explained in detail on the packaging. If you apply it like a regular cream, it doesn't absorb at all.

ConsThe thick texture makes it a bit challenging to apply smoothly
