Pros
In October, my lips suddenly became cracked, splitting all the way to the top of my upper lip, almost like a fan. They were so dry and irritated that I tried various lip balms. The Dior lip balm I was using before seemed to make them even drier, so I collected lip balms from Innisfree, Vaseline, Espoir, and more. But none of them worked, and even using lip masks didn't help. I thought it might be because I was getting older, but then my mother noticed how painful it looked and bought me some supplements. While searching for more lip balms, I tried this one, and after just 2 days, my lips have almost fully recovered, and the cracks have healed. I think in just 3 more days, they'll be completely back to normal. I'm so grateful and wanted to leave a review. It seems like there are many lip balms out there that claim to be moisturizing, but actually just end up drying out the lips even more. I've even heard rumors that some companies intentionally put drying ingredients in their lip balms to keep people buying more. We have to be careful about that.
Cons
It seems to be a case-by-case thing. For me, this is a holy grail product, but I know a lot of people don't like it. It does leave a bit of a sheen when applied, but it's not as intense as Vaseline or anything. Putting lipstick on top of it is a bit tricky. It also has some allergens, but that doesn't bother me. When I tested it in the store, it felt really firm, so I had to press down hard to get it out, but when I got it home, the formula was much creamier. I guess it hardens up over time, so you have to be careful in the winter. Also, when I first opened it, the oil and cream were separated, so I had to close the lid and roll it around to mix it back together before using, but after that, it applied evenly.
