I thought the name had been changed to Sikalpart, but that doesn't seem to be the case. Previously, they used to sell it as the Avene Cold Cream Lip Balm in a tube/stick form. Nowadays, it seems to be available only as the Cold Cream Lip Balm Stick, and the tube version has been renamed to the Sikalpart Lip Balm. The formulation is the same though!! I'm not sure if just the name has changed or if the ingredients are different as well. But I've been using this a lot and it's been great. It's good to know that it can be purchased overseas as well.. These days, I've been using the Sikalpart Lip Balm as an alternative. It's a real must-have item. I've applied it on my face and it didn't cause any issues. I use this lip balm everywhere.

First of all, I tend to have extremely chapped lips. Especially in the winter, my lips would crack and peel, and the dead skin would just make things even worse - a real double whammy that really bothered me. People around me would say 'Hey, you really need to start using some lip balm!' But the thing is, I was already using lip balm all the time! I was using my holy grail product, the Laneige Lip Sleeping Mask, but I thought it might be good to try something new. That's when I was recommended the Avène Cold Cream Lip Cream, and I decided to give it a shot! At first, my lips were really cracked and peely, and I even ended up picking at the dead skin, causing them to bleed and scab over. But when I applied the Avène cream, something amazing happened - my lips just calmed down so nicely, and they looked and felt so smooth and supple. Even the deep lip lines that had been bothering me improved significantly.
Cons
I tend to prefer unscented products, so the fact that this has a slight fragrance and feels a bit tacky is a bit of a letdown for me.
