My first impression was positive. I generally like all Innisfree products. The scent was also pleasant. I have such dry skin that even emulsions can pill if I apply them incorrectly. While this product is moisturizing, I think it's because I have super sensitive skin, but my face reacted badly. My cheeks turned completely red and irritated, and my skin overall just freaked out. I couldn't even use half of it and will have to switch to something else. If you have sensitive skin, proceed with caution. - Hwahae UserDry SkinApr 1, 2019
This is my go-to Innisfree emulsion! As someone with dry skin, I'm always on the lookout for hydrating skincare products. This one feels gentle, absorbs well, and provides great hydration, which I love. Occasionally, when my skin is in really bad shape, I feel a slight tingling sensation on my cheeks. (Though I'm not entirely sure if it's because of this product...) I tend to stock up on this when Innisfree has a sale. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinMar 13, 2019
It doesn't feel heavy and seems to be oil-free. This emulsion is perfect for light summer application. It might not be enough on its own during winter. I'd recommend this more for those with oily skin rather than dry skin types. I've been dealing with acne for 3 years now. I bought this without really checking the ingredients, as I originally went to buy the green tea serum. My acne had been improving lately, and with the weather getting warmer, I went to Innisfree to get a summer emulsion. It felt fine when I applied it in the morning, but after about a day, I noticed small bumps appearing. While I didn't get any major blemishes, tiny pimples started showing up. As I went about my day, it became irritating, and the emerging pimples were itchy. Apparently, the shea butter ingredient can trigger acne, which seems to be the case here. I don't think I'll be repurchasing this. 1. Morning Routine: I cleanse with Acnes Foaming Wash. I mix Innisfree Essence in Serum Emulsion with a drop of tea tree oil and apply it (though I won't be using it anymore). I used to mix Round A'Round Green Tea Relief Cream with tea tree oil, which worked fine back then. I apply Nexcare stickers to areas with larger blemishes. 2. Evening Routine: I cleanse with Acnes Foaming Wash. I use Dokdo Toner as a mask on my cheeks, then wipe my face with the remaining toner. I apply Round A'Round Green Tea Relief Cream. I spot-treat acne-prone areas with 23years old Badecasil Original. - Hwahae UserDry SkinAtopy SkinMar 1, 2019
This product is great for those who prefer a lightweight feel, as it's moisturizing yet easy to apply. If you dislike heavy, suffocating products, this might be a good choice for you. Throughout my life, I've rarely had issues with cosmetics causing skin problems. Usually, if a product doesn't suit me, it just causes a slight tingling sensation without any other specific symptoms. However, after trying a sample of this product, my face became extremely red and had a burning sensation. At first, I didn't think much of it due to my atopic tendencies, but I realized it's been getting worse since I started using this product. It's become so severe that I'm planning to see a doctor tomorrow. This was the only new product I introduced to my routine, and I didn't have any atopic symptoms before using it. Despite being a long-time loyal customer of Innisfree, even maintaining VVIP status at one point, I've decided to avoid this particular product's ingredients as they clearly don't agree with my skin. I'll continue to use other Innisfree products, but this one is definitely not for me. - Hwahae UserDry SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinFeb 23, 2019
I have sensitive, dry skin with small bumps on my forehead and inflammatory acne on my cheeks. 1) The texture is incredibly hydrating and refreshing! It absorbs quickly, and I love how light it feels on the skin. 2) The fragrance is reminiscent of the green tea line's signature fresh and pleasant scent! Beyond these points, I can't think of any other particular benefits.. 1) As someone with acne, I hope for products that either calm my breakouts or at least don't exacerbate them. However, after applying this product, I noticed my forehead acne worsened. I'm not sure which ingredient doesn't agree with my skin, but even with intermittent use, I consistently experienced breakouts. 2) It's not moisturizing enough... While it feels refreshing, the hydration level falls short for my dry skin. I'd recommend this to those with oily skin, but if you have dry skin, you'll need to layer it with a richer, more hydrating formula. This product alone might be sufficient to combat dehydration for those with oily skin. However, if you have dry skin, you should apply a more potent and heavier moisturizer on top. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinFeb 8, 2019
The scent is just okay, which is fine, but there's not much else to write home about After using this, my face actually became blotchy and red. I only used it once or twice before deciding to stop - Hwahae UserDry SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinJan 13, 2019
The way it absorbs feels a bit heavy for summer use, but it would be perfect for winter skincare. After using this, I noticed two or three blemishes appearing on my skin... - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinDec 16, 2018
I could feel some hydration, which was nice! As I used it, I noticed blemishes appearing on my face. It feels like it's sitting on top of the skin and brings up a lot of excess oil. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinOct 22, 2018
The fragrance is lovely, and it leaves your skin feeling moisturized with a beautiful glow. It's so rich in hydration that you might not even need to apply a separate moisturizer. As someone with super sensitive skin, I had a terrible reaction. After just one day of use, my face completely broke out. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinSep 25, 2018
It's convenient and easy to apply since it's an all-in-one product. I developed contact dermatitis after using this. Tiny bumps appeared all over, giving me goosebumps... Green tea is marketed as one of Innisfree's gentler lines, but I guess my skin has become more sensitive lately.
