Pros
At first, I didn't really feel the cooling sensation, but after about 3-4 minutes, I gradually started to feel it. They said it's good to use it by putting it in the refrigerator, but I didn't like the overly cold feeling, so I used it at room temperature. It wasn't cooling the whole time, but only in the middle. And I was worried that the paper-like sheet wouldn't stick well, but even when I took the sheet off later, it was still adhered well, so it was fine even when I moved around. Since it's a jelly-like essence, there was no leftover in the pouch, and it spread well on the sheet, so I could use it neatly. The sheet was large enough to cover my whole face, which was good.

Although it says it has a -5°C cooling effect, when I used it at room temperature, I didn't really feel a strong cooling sensation. The cooling effect was only felt in the middle, not throughout the entire time I had the sheet on, and it felt more like a warm cooling sensation, which was disappointing. Also, after removing the sheet, the essence left on my face was too sticky, and it was difficult to absorb it. The essence on my hands became less sticky after about 30 minutes, but on my face, even in the morning after using it at night, the stickiness remained, which was uncomfortable. Pros
This is my favorite pack in the summer. It has an excellent cooling sensation and helps soothe my skin when it feels heated up in the summer.
Cons
The essence amount is good, but there is a slightly sticky residue after removing the pack. Other than that, I'm satisfied!

1️⃣Cooling Sensation -Although my face tends to have a lot of heat and redness, it gradually cools down after using this product. Personally, I felt that the mask pack was much more refreshing than the same line's pad. Even after removing the pack, the subtle cooling sensation continued, which I enjoyed. 2️⃣Adhesion -I mainly use it when drying my hair, as it sticks well even when I move around or turn my head while blow-drying. It adheres firmly and doesn't fall off.
Cons
1️⃣Essence Texture -The essence doesn't quickly absorb into the skin but leaves a sticky, residual feeling. Compared to this texture, the moisture level doesn't feel significantly high, which is a bit disappointing. 2️⃣Irritation -When my skin is quite sensitive, the cooling sensation, which is the product's main benefit, can sometimes feel irritating and stinging. Among similar sheet masks, this one has the longest-lasting cooling sensation. If you put it in the fridge for 2-30 minutes before applying, it feels even more refreshing! This is a sheet mask I'll definitely be reaching for every summer.

The cooling sheet mask seems to be the coolest and most soothing among them! After using it, my skin feels plump and firm.
Cons
