  Cons

  I had an allergic reaction within just 5 minutes... My face turned red, swelled up, and became itchy and tingly. I experienced a severe allergic reaction, which I've never encountered before.

  Tip

  This product caused an immediate and intense allergic reaction, which is quite concerning. If you have sensitive skin or are prone to allergies, it's best to avoid this product or do a patch test first. Such a strong reaction is unusual and potentially dangerous.

  This would be great for those who experience a lot of facial heat! I love how the cooling effect lasts for a long time!

  Cons

  I've only used it for two days, and my entire face has broken out with something like hives..

  Tip

  While it's recommended for 20-30 minutes, those with super sensitive skin might find 10 minutes sufficient

  This product just doesn't work for me. I bought the set of 5, and now I regret it.

  Cons

  I have super sensitive skin prone to redness, with a weak skin barrier that easily gets irritated. I bought this because of my severe redness and facial heat, but the cooling effect is too irritating. It actually makes my face even redder. There's supposedly no menthol in it, but it feels like I'm constantly spraying menthol on my face. The cooling effect actually increases irritation and makes my skin feel hotter, so I had to take it off immediately.

  I loved how it instantly cooled upon application and had a mesh-like texture!

  Cons

  It lacked hydration, so my cheeks felt a bit dry right after exfoliating. As someone with super sensitive skin, I experienced some irritation, and my jaw and cheek areas stung after scrubbing.

  It's great for soothing skin that feels hot during summer, providing a nice cooling effect.

  Cons

  For me, it caused a slight tingling sensation and my super sensitive skin even turned a bit red after use. Apart from the cooling effect, it was somewhat disappointing.

  Refreshing. It has a bubbly sensation that feels really nice.

  Cons

  I used this just once and red spots appeared all over my face. It took an incredibly long time to recover. I have seborrheic dermatitis, so it might have caused irritation.

  This cooling face mask is great for quickly reducing heat on the skin! Usually, refrigerating face masks can be harsh on the skin, but this one actually recommends refrigeration for an extra cooling effect! While it's best to use according to your skin type, I have super sensitive skin and used it without refrigeration, and it was still incredibly refreshing!

  Cons

  While it cools well, it seemed a bit irritating for my skin. Even though I have sensitive skin, I've never had acne before. However, this caused a pustular blemish under my chin for the first time.

  After applying for about 5 minutes, the cooling effect becomes so powerful you'd think it contains menthol. It quickly gives a sensation of heat dissipating.

  Cons

  The sheet material seems a bit thick. I'm not entirely sure if it's because of this product, but after using it, I noticed some small blemishes appearing on my cheeks.

  Pros

  When I first applied it, I was like 'Huh?', but after about 10 seconds, it became incredibly cooling! It quickly reduces the heat on your face, and the longer you leave it on, the cooler it feels. I really wanted to use this when my face got too sunburned in summer. I also liked how the unique sheet mask adhered so well to my face!

  Cons

  The shape doesn't fit my face well. It's super round, which made it a bit tricky to apply at first. So I ended up cutting it to fit better. Unfortunately, I got blemishes in the areas where I felt the most cooling sensation - on my forehead, T-zone, and chin. The next day, those areas were all red and irritated. That was really disappointing! I usually like to apply the remaining serum from the packaging after using the mask, but the formula seems a bit sticky and pills as it dries, leaving white residue like dead skin cells. Even the bit I roughly applied on my neck before starting pilled up as it dried. While this product has some definite benefits, it also has some clear drawbacks.

  I usually check Hwahae reviews before buying cosmetics, but I received this one as a gratis item and used it without any expectations. I was pleasantly surprised, so I'm writing this review! True to its 'cooling' name, it's incredibly refreshing. It would be perfect for summer use.

  Cons

  I didn't bother putting it in the fridge or freezer, just used it as is, but my face still felt cold... They recommend using it for 30 minutes, but I had to take it off after just 5 minutes because it was so cold and chilly! (Though that might be because it's winter). Also, the shape of the sheet mask is really strange. It's too big, the holes are oddly placed, and it's uncomfortable to wear. I was shocked by how inconvenient it was - I've never experienced such an surprisingly uncomfortable sheet mask before.

  Tip

  Try it in summer when your face feels sunburned. In winter, it's just too chilly...
