Pros
This product doesn't seem to suit me. I bought the 5-piece set, but it's a waste.
Cons
I have sensitive skin, redness, and a weak skin barrier, so my skin gets irritated easily. I bought this because of the redness and facial flushing, but the cooling sensation is too irritating. My face is even more red now. It says there's no menthol, but it feels like I'm spraying menthol on my face. The cooling sensation actually makes the heat sensation worse, so I had to take it off right away.

It cooled down immediately after applying and had a nice mesh-like texture, which I really liked!
Cons
There was no moisture, so my cheeks felt a bit dry and tight right after using it. As a sensitive person, I also felt some irritation on my chin and cheek area after exfoliating, which was a bit unpleasant.

Using it on skin with summer heat feels cooling and great.

Refreshing. It has a bubbly, effervescent feel, and I enjoy that sensation.

The cooling face mask is great for quickly reducing heat! Usually, face masks need to be refrigerated before use, which can be irritating to the skin. But this mask says it can be used even more refreshingly when refrigerated! You can use it according to your skin type, but since I have sensitive skin, I used it without refrigeration and it felt incredibly cooling!
Cons

After applying it for about 5 minutes, the cooling sensation becomes quite strong, as if menthol has been added. The feeling of the heat dissipating quickly is noticeable.
Cons

Pros
When I first applied it, I felt a bit odd, but after about 10 seconds, it became incredibly refreshing! It immediately cools down the warmth on my face, and the more I leave it on, the cooler it feels. I'd love to use this when my face gets too sunburnt in the summer. The sheet is also quite unique, as it adheres well to my face with a satisfying 'snap' sound.
Cons
The shape and fit on my face aren't quite right. It's incredibly round, so it was a bit of a struggle to apply it at first. That's why I ended up cutting it to fit. The areas that felt the most refreshing later developed some trouble spots. The center of my forehead, the T-zone, and my chin all felt wonderfully cool, but the next day those areas were all red and irritated. That's a real disappointment! I like using the ampoule that's left in the packaging after the sheet mask, but the formula itself is a bit sticky. As it dries, it starts to peel off... it almost flakes off like white residue. Even the bit I applied to my neck before starting the mask peeled off as it dried. There are definitely some great things about this product, but the downsides are quite clear as well.

Pros
I usually buy cosmetics after checking the Hwahae Trial Reviewer, but I used this one without much thought since it was a free gift. However, it turned out to be quite refreshing, so I'm writing a review. True to its name 'Cooling', it feels incredibly chilling. I think it would be great to use in the summer.
Cons
I didn't bother putting it in the refrigerator or freezer, but my face still felt cold... It said to use it for 30 minutes, but I had to take it off after only 5 minutes because it was so cold and chilling (maybe because it's winter). Also, the mask sheet shape is kind of strange(?). It's too big and the holes are weird, so it was uncomfortable and surprising. This is the first time I've encountered such an surprisingly uncomfortable mask sheet.
Tip
Try using it in the summer when your face is flushed. In the winter, it can feel quite chilling.

I really don't know the good points at all. I bought it so wrong. Give me my money back... I'm so angry that I'm applying it to my legs.
Cons
I bought it to cool down and soothe my skin, but as soon as I applied it, it felt like I put toothpaste on my face - it stung so much. After about 3 minutes, I had to take it off because it was unbearable. Even after removing it, my skin is still burning. It's way too irritating, and I'm not even sure if this is really a soothing pack. Do not purchase this if you have sensitive skin.
