I've never seen a toner with 510ml before. It feels incredibly refreshing and light, perfect for that cool summer sensation. Applying a toner pack before makeup really helps reduce heat in the skin, leaving it feeling firm and bouncy. I love that it's fragrance-free. I'm not a fan of strong, artificial scents, so I could comfortably leave the toner pack on for extended periods without any discomfort. After using this product for a while and finding it decent, I decided to mix in some broccoli extract, which is known to be good for skin brightening. However, I can't say I noticed any particular effects. As it's essentially a water-based toner, it does cool down the skin when used as a pack, but I didn't see any improvements in my skin or strengthening of the skin barrier. Its charm lies in its simplicity, I suppose. For reference, here are some products that have worked well for me and some that haven't: [Products list omitted for brevity]
ConsIts charm is in its lack of charm! There are no noticeable effects. It's a pure water-based toner that only cools down the skin but doesn't help with dryness. It's one of those products you could take or leave.
TipI mixed in broccoli extract sold by Ian Soap. Since it's a water-based toner, it blended well, and when used as a toner pack, it seemed to absorb nicely into the skin.

Fragrance-free, great ingredients, and gentle on the skin There's no alcohol smell, so you can use this toner without any discomfort or worry! Unlike Stridex, it doesn't have that stinging sensation, so it doesn't feel like it's irritating your skin. The ingredients are also very mild, making it suitable even for those with super sensitive skin. 2. Large size It comes in a whopping 510ml bottle, which looks like a liquor bottle due to its size! This means you can use it generously. I recommend it for those who practice the 3-skin or 7-skin method. 3. Texture and feel As someone with slightly dry skin, I often felt immediate dryness after applying other toners. However, this one maintains its hydration for quite a while. Of course, you'll still need other products for deep hydration, but it feels wonderfully moisturizing right when you apply it! I received this through The Hwahae Testers event, and I'm definitely considering repurchasing it! It's a great toner for my dry skin.
Cons1. The opening is quite large, so I'm always nervous about spilling it. It pours out quickly, and being a bit clumsy, I sometimes end up spilling it. 2. That's the only drawback, which is actually a good thing!
Tip1. With its large volume, you can comfortably use it for both the 3-skin and 7-skin methods. Give it a try during the dry winter months! 2. Since the opening is large, make sure to press the cotton pad firmly against it when pouring. If you want to apply it directly with your hands, I recommend transferring some to a smaller bottle to avoid spills.

I used it morning and night for about a week, trying both the skin pack method and layering multiple times. When I first saw the product, it immediately reminded me of Thayers. The ingredients and origin were similar, so I started with that preconception. First off, the scent has almost no witch hazel smell, so even those who dislike that distinctive fragrance should find it pleasant to use. The texture is watery, and as others have pointed out, the dispenser is wide and short, so it tends to pour out quickly. Even when using a cotton pad, it's hard to avoid some overflow. As for the feel on the skin, I was worried about how it would perform in winter since Thayers can feel a bit drying on my combination dehydrated skin when it's not summer. However, compared to the Dokdo toner I was using, it's not lacking at all. In fact, the hydration seems to last longer after doing a skin pack. I think it might be the power of glycerin! Anyway, it's non-irritating, comes in a large bottle, and feels refreshing, making it great for skin packs. It also seems to have some antibacterial properties when I have minor blemishes, so I'm surprisingly satisfied. If they could improve the packaging, it would be even better, though the label design is pretty. It works well for my skin without any issues or irritation. Since I manage dead skin cells through other methods, this fits perfectly. I plan to repurchase in the future.
ConsI think it's great for combination dehydrated to oily skin types. For dry skin, it might be better used occasionally as an exfoliating toner. As mentioned above, I just wish they would improve the dispenser issue.
TipI recommend using it as a skin pack. It's good as an exfoliating toner too, but the hydration lasts quite a while after doing a skin pack.

I was most satisfied with the generous 510ml volume of the toner, which allows for ample use according to your needs. Upon opening, the scent is not overpowering, with a subtle aloe fragrance that's barely noticeable during use, making it almost unscented. The Ceuins toner is an American import product that highlights witch hazel grown in the US as its main ingredient. It's alcohol-free and formulated with minimal ingredients to be non-irritating even for sensitive skin. Witch hazel, known for its skin-protecting and soothing properties, helps with hydration. Combined with aloe, it enhances the soothing effect, making it a toner suitable for everyone, including those with sensitive skin. The texture is completely watery, with no stickiness and a unique slippery feel similar to hyaluronic acid toners. However, unlike hyaluronic acid, it absorbs quickly without any stickiness, effectively delivering moisture to the skin. It works well as an exfoliating toner and mask, and I appreciated that it didn't irritate my sensitive skin. My skin condition was compromised due to temperature differences between indoors and outdoors, and in the evenings, the dry indoor air would cause my skin to feel tight and develop a redness-like heat. I used it as a mask for 3 minutes every morning and evening after cleansing. Additionally, when my skin felt hot before bed, I would apply the toner again on a cotton pad and place it on my face. I found it beneficial as it quickly calmed irritated skin, reducing skin temperature without causing any blemishes.
ConsThe downside is, like all toners, its main ingredient is water, so it's weak in terms of moisturizing. Despite being a completely watery toner, the large bottle opening makes it difficult to control the amount dispensed. It would be better if the cap design was improved.
TipGiven the difficulty in controlling the amount, rather than soaking a cotton pad each time you use it, it might be more convenient to prepare it like a toner pad. You could put an appropriate amount of cotton pads in the container, pour in the toner to fully saturate them, and store them ready for use. This way, you can reduce wasted toner and use it conveniently whenever you want.

Very simple ingredient list + large volume. No characteristic witch hazel scent, so it feels clean and fresh. I applied it twice, patting it in with my hands. The skin feels soft and smooth after application. Note: The velvety feeling isn't there if you wipe it with a cotton pad. This would be great for those who practice the '3-skin method'. ****I use pure cotton pads, and while other toners are immediately absorbed, The Qins product seems to have plenty of glycerin(?), causing the cotton pad to float on top without getting soaked. So I'm just using it as a regular toner now.
ConsDon't expect much in terms of pore tightening or blemish soothing effects. It's simply a gentle toner.
