Pros
My scalp has a lot of oil and heat, and I also have a lot of scalp troubles, but this product is amazing! I've been using it consistently since the days when it only came in a raspberry scent! I've used over 10 bottles! The moringa scent is even better than the raspberry, and the cooling sensation is great, so I only use this one!
Cons
The price is a bit high, but it's worth the money, so I stock up and use it. I'm using the large size, but the packaging is inconvenient. It's designed in a way that wastes a lot. I transfer it to a hair vinegar bottle from Daiso - they sell bottles with a pointed nozzle, and that works great!

Shampoos are usually alkaline, while conditioners contain silicone. If the residue is not thoroughly rinsed off, it can clog pores and cause hair loss. Vinegar is acidic, so pouring it in neutralizes the remaining shampoo and turns it to a neutral pH, effectively washing away the residue - this part is the same as with raspberry vinegar. I have a lot of concerns about seborrheic scalp and dandruff. 1. It has a cooling sensation, but not a menthol scent. 2. The dandruff is definitely reduced compared to when I only used shampoo.

It thoroughly cleanses the greasy scalp and the smelly crown, even if you've already washed it. It also has a conditioning effect, so your hair ends become soft and bouncy when you apply it there too.
Cons
It's best to use only in the summer... When I used it in the winter, it made my hair a bit dry, so I only use it in the summer. And I only used the moringa scent because I love the moringa fragrance, but I wish they would come out with a larger size.
Tip
I also spray it on the ends of my hair and use it as a leave-in conditioner. It really does make my hair so soft and bouncy, even more so than cream-type products in the summer.
