I have an oily scalp that gets greasy if I don't wash my hair for just one day. But with this product, I can now wash my hair every other day. I can go up to two days without washing! I've also noticed that they use this at hair salons - I recognized it by the vinegar scent. It seems to contribute to making my hair stronger too. Highly recommended! There used to be an aloe version, which could have been problematic for those with aloe allergies (like me). But they've switched to moringa, so that issue is resolved! This shampoo works hard to combat oily scalps while maintaining a healthy balance. It's effective enough to extend the time between washes, which is great for those with super sensitive skin or who prefer a less frequent hair washing routine. The vinegar in the formula helps to cleanse effectively without causing irritation, and may even contribute to strengthening the hair. The switch from aloe to moringa in the ingredients makes it more suitable for a wider range of users, especially those with specific allergies. - gk****Oily SkinAcne SkinRecommendedJun 11, 2025
The scent is lovely, and it's a must-have for controlling oily scalp odor, especially around the crown area. Back acne... To be honest, it doesn't actually control scalp oiliness. The strong fragrance just masks the scalp odor. As a result, the ingredients aren't particularly beneficial. While this product effectively covers up scalp odor with its powerful scent, it may not address the root cause of oily scalp issues. The intense fragrance might be masking the problem rather than solving it. Additionally, some users have reported experiencing back blemishes, which could be a potential side effect. It's important to consider that a strong fragrance doesn't necessarily equate to good ingredients or scalp health benefits. - wl*****Combination SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityDead Skin CellsRecommendedJun 3, 2025
This is my go-to hair vinegar when regular shampoo just won't cut it for that stubborn scalp odor! It works wonders in eliminating that greasy smell from the roots. I'm also a big fan of its sweet moringa scent - it's quite delightful. The liquid formula makes it easy to use too much product, which feels wasteful. Also, the small cap can be a bit inconvenient to handle. I'd recommend this for those times when you want to keep your scalp odor under wraps. - dh********Normal SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedMay 28, 2025
As someone with an oily scalp, I bought this for the odor control, and I'm pleased to say it really delivers! It leaves my scalp feeling refreshingly clean, and the scent is delightful. While it does a good job of masking odors, the fragrance doesn't seem to last very long. However, considering the price point, it's still a great value for money. - cf********Dry SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsEnlarged PoresRecommendedMay 25, 2025
The formula has a fluid, water-like consistency, which is great for dry skin. I really enjoyed using it because of its pleasant fragrance. I didn't experience any itchy scalp or blemishes. - so*******Combination SkinRecommendedMay 19, 2025
The scalp feels refreshed and effectively captures the stale odor. The fragrance is also quite pleasant. It would be better to use it occasionally rather than daily, as it seems more beneficial for the scalp!! If you don't control the fermentation well, it all just flows out. So it feels like you're using it up really quickly. - in*******Normal SkinRecommendedMay 9, 2025
Bought this for scalp odor and oily scalp issues. Used it ages ago but stopped due to the scent - I think I tried the pink one then, which had a vinegary smell. This time I got the Moringa version for oily scalps. It really keeps the scalp oil at bay and, most importantly, eliminates that scalp odor! The scent is neutral - neither love it nor hate it. Just pleasant and noticeable when you move. No other shampoo or hair perfume could tackle my scalp odor, but this one... I'm beyond satisfied. It's a must-have, truly unbeatable. Vinegar is supposedly good for hair texture too, and my hair does feel softer. Easy to use as well. I have extremely sensitive scalp and skin, can't use regular store-bought shampoos at all. I mainly use natural shampoos, but even with those, I often get irritation. Surprisingly, this caused no blemishes or itching. I only apply it to the crown and scalp area. The ingredients list could be better. I wouldn't use it daily, probably just on days I'm going out. The packaging is a bit inconvenient. The product seems to run out quickly and feels a bit wasteful. And it's quite pricey, unfortunately. For best results, massage the shampoo for 2 minutes before rinsing, then apply the hair vinegar (focusing on the crown), leave for 2 minutes. This combo really eliminates scalp odor and improves hair texture. Be careful not to get it on your skin to avoid any irritation. I use this when going out to combat scalp odor. At home, I prefer using a scalp serum after shampooing for better scalp care. Unlike the pink version with its strong vinegar smell, this one has a fresh, pleasant scent. Great for oily scalps! - ha******Combination SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityRecommendedMay 7, 2025
Me: 20s, normal hair type, interested in hair loss prevention and angel ring Scent: The cool vinegar and citrus fragrance is really pleasant. I loved the tangy aroma! Nourishment: There's definitely a noticeable difference when using it! While it might not be as effective as a treatment, I appreciated that it could care for the scalp without causing blemishes or leaving a greasy feeling. Scent longevity: Surprisingly, the fragrance lasts quite a while! Waste: Being a liquid, it seems like a lot of product gets wasted! Cleansing effectiveness: I bought it because it claimed to cleanse the scalp thoroughly, but honestly, I'm not sure if it really does. Instead, I felt like it left some residue, and I noticed a bit of scalp odor. - It might be good to use less product or apply it with a spray bottle to reduce waste. - I've been using this product for almost two years, but now I think scalp care might be possible with other products as well. - en****Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRednessDead Skin CellsRecommendedMay 3, 2025
This product effectively tackles oily residue and dead skin cells on the scalp, leaving my scalp feeling refreshed and clean. The volume is a bit disappointing. And since it's quite watery, I find myself using it up faster than expected. - by********Dry SkinSensitive SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRednessDead Skin CellsRecommendedMar 18, 2025
I tried this product because my scalp was feeling hot and itchy. After applying it to the scalp and massaging with fingertips, I was surprised to see a slight lather, which I didn't expect. The scent is exactly like vinegar - it feels like you're spritzing vinegar on your head. My scalp feels cleaner, and while there's no cooling sensation, it feels refreshing and less itchy. It's really great at neutralizing odors on the crown area. As it drips from the scalp onto the hair, I noticed that even just this hair vinegar makes my hair feel soft and smooth. The liquid form makes it easy to use too much product. The bottle opening isn't ideal for applying directly to the scalp, so it might be better to transfer it to a different container for use.
