After applying it to the scalp and massaging with fingertips, I was surprised to see a slight lather, which I didn't expect. The scent is exactly like vinegar - it feels like you're spritzing vinegar on your head. My scalp feels cleaner, and while there's no cooling sensation, it feels refreshing and less itchy. It's really great at neutralizing odors on the crown area. As it drips from the scalp onto the hair, I noticed that even just this hair vinegar makes my hair feel soft and smooth.
ConsThe liquid form makes it easy to use too much product. The bottle opening isn't ideal for applying directly to the scalp, so it might be better to transfer it to a different container for use.

It's especially invigorating when sprayed directly onto the scalp, giving you a wonderfully refreshed sensation. The subtle fragrance allows you to use it comfortably without worrying about scalp odor.
ConsThe scent might be a bit strong for those with sensitive noses. Also, some users may find the product quantity to be less than expected.
TipFor best results, work up a good lather and apply it evenly across your entire scalp. Using it with a scalp massage can help relieve fatigue, making your shampoo time even more enjoyable!

Amazingly, I noticed new baby hairs growing when I was about to finish a bottle after consistent use.
ConsThere weren't any particular downsides, but it didn't provide dramatic improvements for my scalp either.

Refreshing sensation The fragrance is quite strong, likely due to the perfume being listed high in the ingredients. However, it's not overwhelming or headache-inducing. It's best described as a blend of moringa, coconut, and mint. There's a cooling effect that makes it feel refreshing during use, and afterwards, your scalp feels invigorated. The lingering scent is pleasant too. The fragrance persists, which seems like it would help mask scalp odor, but it didn't quite manage to cover mine completely. Those with somewhat oily hair might find this product a game-changer. However, if your hair gets greasy within half a day or if you're the type who gets told to wash your hair after just one day, I'm afraid this might not meet your expectations. G2. Helps with oily roots While I'm not sure about its effectiveness in controlling scalp odor, it does seem to help manage oiliness at the roots. Using this hair vinegar after shampooing leaves your hair feeling squeaky clean, which seems to delay the onset of greasiness at the roots. G3. Reasonably priced The liquid formula means you tend to use it generously, so the 150ml size might feel a bit pricey. However, if you buy the 400ml size at the lowest online price and transfer it to a foam dispenser bottle from Daiso, it lasts quite a while. The value for money isn't bad at all.
ConsB1. Limited effect on scalp odor As someone who's struggled with an oily scalp since puberty, I may have had overly high expectations. Honestly, given the limited effectiveness, I'm not sure it's worth using. I was so excited to try it that I asked my family to smell my hair the next day, but was disappointed by the lack of significant improvement. I thought maybe I wasn't using enough since it's a liquid formula and many people mentioned using it liberally. So I applied it generously all over my hair, but the results were similar. I followed the instructions carefully - double cleansing before use, massaging it in, leaving it on, and rinsing thoroughly. I didn't just use it haphazardly and then complain about poor results. The product's scent does linger, but it seems to mix with the scalp odor rather than mask it effectively. Fortunately, this combination doesn't create an even worse smell. Before use, there's the typical scalp odor. After use, it's about 10% moringa scent mixed with the usual scalp smell. B2. Squeaky clean feeling Initially, there's a slippery feeling that requires thorough rinsing. Once it's almost completely rinsed out, there's an intense squeaky-clean sensation. It feels like over-cleansing, which might be irritating with daily use. B3. Ingredients The ingredients aren't great. I have sensitive skin and deliberated a lot before buying this. I was willing to overlook the ingredients if it was effective, but I wasn't satisfied with the results. Strong surfactants and fragrances are listed near the top of the ingredients list, which suggests it might not be suitable for daily use. I've heard that scalp pores are larger than skin pores, so we should use even better ingredients on our scalp. I put a lot of thought into this purchase, so it's disappointing.
Tip💡 TIP Those with very oily hair should manage their expectations. Start with the 150ml size before committing to the 400ml bottle. Transfer the product to a foam dispenser bottle from Daiso for easier use.

It's excellent for deep cleansing the scalp, effectively reducing odor at the crown. When using hair vinegar, you can achieve somewhat tamed hair even without using conditioner or treatment. Since the hair vinegar is liquid, I transferred it to a spray bottle for use. Unlike rinses or treatments that can feel slippery when rinsing, hair vinegar washes off cleanly, making it convenient to use.
ConsIt's slightly disappointing that the hair vinegar doesn't come in a spray bottle originally, as it would have been more convenient to use. Instead, it comes in a regular bottle, so you need to transfer it to a separate container.
TipTransferring it to a spray bottle makes it more convenient to use.

It adds a refreshing feel without any burning sensation, making for a satisfying experience. Noticeable effects - In summer, everything can feel unpleasant, especially the thought of odor from your scalp or greasy hair is irritating. After using this product, those feelings significantly decrease. It's a product I bring out every summer. If we compare it to facial care, shampoo would be like a cleansing foam, and this hair vinegar feels like a toner. Just as you'd use toner to refine your skin after cleansing, this product seems to refine the scalp, adding an extra layer of freshness. After use, you can really feel a reduction in scalp odor and oiliness in your daily life.
Cons✓ Inconvenient packaging / Ingredients The packaging is straightforward but inconvenient to use. It's difficult to open the cap with wet, slippery hands, and pouring it directly onto the scalp feels like it's just wetting the hair without reaching the scalp. The amount that spills out wastefully is also considerable. Moreover, fragrance is listed too high in the ingredients list. It's a hair product, and many people might be satisfied with its ability to eliminate scalp odor, but knowing the ingredients, I no longer feel like I'm 'caring' for my scalp with this product, despite its good performance. I think using a hair tonic with better ingredients and more convenient application might be more beneficial.
TipMany people transfer it to a foam container or spray bottle. Choose whichever container suits you best and decant the product for easier use. I use a foam container - I shake it before use, dispense the foam, apply it to my scalp as if shampooing, leave it for a while, then massage and rinse it off.

It feels more suitable for summer use compared to the raspberry version. The fragrance lasts long and gives a refreshing sensation.
ConsBecause it's so enjoyable to use, I go through it quickly. It feels a bit expensive to buy when there's no buy-one-get-one-free promotion.

Being a hair vinegar, it does have a slight vinegar scent, but unless you're sniffing it up close, it's more of an invigorating feel. The fragrance isn't overpowering either. I highly recommend it for those with seborrheic scalp conditions. If you have an oily scalp that tends to get greasy quickly, using this product might help you avoid that greasy feeling all day long. Personally, my hair usually starts to feel greasy after half a day, but with this product, I don't experience that greasy sensation at all throughout the day.
ConsThe price is reasonable when discounted, but it might be a bit steep at full price. It works so well that you'll find yourself using it up quickly.
