While it is a bit thicker than the conditioner in the same line, the lightweight cream formula had a lot of moisture compared to other treatments. Although I'm not sure about the nourishment, when I touched my hair in the morning after washing it and in the evening, the dry feeling was less noticeable, and my hair seemed to have more moisture, which I liked.

Pros
I think it's great that the bad ingredients (humidifier disinfectant ingredients) were removed during the recent renovation, probably last year or the year before. I've tried many different hair treatments, and this one is definitely one of the top 3 for me. My hair becomes more calm and orderly (not in the sense of being completely flat, but more neatly arranged), and it feels incredibly soft. After drying, it's shiny and has a protective layer on the hair. There's not a lot of lather when rinsing, so it's easier to rinse out.
Cons
Aveda products generally tend to have very little fragrance. They're also on the pricier side.
Tip
After shampooing, it's more effective to squeeze out the excess water with a towel before applying the treatment.
