I'm not sure if I got a faulty product, but the opening groove for the lid was not in the front, but completely on the left side, making it inconvenient to open. Also, I usually apply it after squeezing out excess water with my hands after shampooing, but when I did that, it seemed to mix with the water and I couldn't really tell if it was effective. Other treatments were fine with this amount of moisture, but with Aveda, perhaps due to its hydrating formula, I found that I needed to squeeze out the water multiple times or even towel dry my hair before applying for better results. It also seemed to require a longer leave-in time to see the effects.

Compared to the conditioner from the same line, it's a bit thicker, but when compared to other treatments, it has a lightweight cream texture with a lot of hydration mixed in. While I'm not sure about its nourishing effects, I liked that when I washed my hair in the morning and touched it in the evening, it felt less dry and seemed to retain some moisture.

I've tried many different hair treatments, and this one is definitely one of the top 3 for me.
My hair becomes more calm and orderly (not in the sense of being completely flat, but more neatly arranged), and it feels incredibly soft. After drying, it's shiny and has a protective layer on the hair.
There's not a lot of lather when rinsing, so it's easier to rinse out.

It is expensive and has a small volume, so the cost-effectiveness is very poor.

It contains natural ingredients and quinoa protein that help restore damaged hair.

Instead of rinsing it off right away, I apply it to my hair after shampooing and watch TV for about 30 minutes before rinsing. Doing this seems better than the therapy I get at the salon. Wrapping my head in a hot towel for 30 minutes also seems to have a steaming effect. I highly recommend this product.

The price was burdensome, but since I've seen the effects, I intend to continue purchasing it.

I'm feeling more of a sense of healthy hair rather than just soft hair. I've been using it for about 4 months and my hair has definitely become healthier. Aveda products seem to provide dramatic effects with long-term use rather than short-term use.

I'm not sure if it's because I only use Aveda hair products, but when used together with the Aveda hair lotion, the effects are doubled.

If not used consistently, it can make the hair feel twice as limp and lifeless.

My face, neck, and anywhere my hair touches is extremely itchy. My scalp is itchy too. After rinsing the shampoo and patting my hair dry with a towel, I only applied it to the area under my ears and left it on for about 5 minutes with a shower cap...😢 
My hair quality has improved, but my skin seems to be getting worse. 
I bought the large size and used it for about 2 months, and it's almost gone.
I'm looking into other options to use once this runs out. It's expensive, so I want to use it up completely.

I get root touch-ups every 3-5 weeks, and I even got a perm last month. When I run my hands through my hair, it used to get caught in the middle, but after using this product, my hair feels smooth. It's not as bouncy, but it's significantly improved.

If I use it a lot, I tend to feel quite a bit of scalp itchiness. When I bought it, they said it would be fine for the scalp, but... if possible, I think it's best to avoid the scalp.

I use it once every few days and my hair has become much softer. Even just using shampoo the day after using it, I can feel how soft my hair is.
