The texture is lightweight and absorbs well. The scent isn't overpowering, and it's gentle on the skin with minimal irritation. It might not provide enough hydration for harsh winter months. The rich version feels a bit heavy, which is slightly disappointing. This is an item I stock up on whenever it's on sale. I've used almost all the products from the hot spring water line. It's great for light application. In summer, I just use this alone before makeup in the morning. In winter, it's better to follow up with a richer cream. The ingredients are the most disappointing part. I vaguely thought it would be gentle because of the hot spring water, so I used several products, but now I'm really frustrated. Highly recommended for summer only. For winter, use a richer cream. I'm smitten with the silky-smooth texture that feels like I've applied a primer. It's such a pleasure to use, it instantly lifts my mood. The hydration level is a bit lacking, making it less than ideal for nighttime use. It's so hard to find a gentle, all-around decent moisturizer that doesn't cause blemishes. I've tried switching to other products when I got bored, but I always end up with skin issues and come back to this one. I have combination dehydrated skin, so the rich cream from the same Aquallia line is too heavy for me, but this gel-type formula works best. Sometimes when friends visit and try it, they ask, 'How can you live with just this aloe gel-like product?' But I break out immediately if I use anything even slightly oily, so I always return to this. It's perfect for those who really dislike rich products. Absolutely unsuitable for dry skin. It's so hydrating! I had really bad combination dehydrated skin, but the deep dryness in my face improved significantly after using this. I didn't experience any blemishes while using this. There's absolutely no heavy feeling on the skin. The price point is quite high. It would be great if they ran discount promotions more frequently.

For dry skin, it feels moisturizing after application and absorbs well into the skin. The amount seems to run out quickly. I didn't experience any particular blemishes.
