It feels like they're using premium ingredients to justify the high price tag! Texture: Compared to other thick cica creams, this one has a light gel consistency that doesn't feel heavy even on my oily skin. It's not sticky and applies smoothly. Scent: Like its color, the scent is refreshing and pleasant, making me feel good every time I apply it. Effectiveness: Most importantly, its soothing effect is truly remarkable. As someone with atopic and acne-prone skin, whenever I get blemishes, applying this cream makes them subside incredibly fast. It's simply amazing!
ConsThe only downside is the small quantity for its high price.
TipHowever, since a little goes a long way and it's so effective, I usually use other creams for daily use and only apply a small amount of this cream occasionally when I need extra soothing.

I expected a thick texture since it's a cica cream, but surprisingly, it had a transparent and fluid consistency like a hydrating moisturizer. The scent was refreshing, reminiscent of lemon, which I personally enjoyed. As someone prone to blemishes, I usually avoid rich creams, so I was most satisfied with how this cream didn't feel oily at all. When applied, it felt incredibly lightweight, absorbed well, and sank into the skin really quickly.
ConsAs someone with combination dehydrated skin, it felt sufficiently moisturizing, but I noticed some deep dryness when the heater was on, causing it to dry out quickly. It was fine under normal conditions, but with the heater on, it felt a bit drying. Also, there was a slight sticky feeling.
TipI think this would be more effective in summer than winter. Applying it cool in hot weather could further alleviate redness and heat sensations. The hydration level also seems more suitable for summer use!

It has an incredibly light consistency, somewhere between a cream and an emulsion. It's perfect for those who dislike heavy formulas or products that form a film on the skin. The best part is that it absorbs quickly with minimal patting, so it doesn't pill when applied before makeup.
ConsI give 2 points for ingredients and hydration. There aren't any particularly bad ingredients, so this is more about it not suiting my skin. The most disappointing aspect is definitely the hydration. As light as the texture is, the moisturizing power is noticeably lacking.
TipRecommended for those looking for a lightweight formula that doesn't form a film on the skin

When I got the product, my skin was in a cycle of recurring blemishes. I had a bad experience with heavy moisturizing steps that made my skin worse, so I was mainly managing it by layering lighter products. Packaging: The cream jar is lightweight compared to its volume and comes with a spatula. I liked that it's lighter than glass containers! The design is clean and simple. Texture: It's a gel-type cream (contains carbomer) with a transparent color and a slight blue tint. The consistency is thinner and less sticky than aloe gel. To give you an idea, if you scoop a spoonful onto your hand and tilt it, it will immediately start to run. Application: When you blend it, it spreads on the skin like a mix of serum and toner, absorbing quickly! I really dislike thick, heavy products, so I absolutely loved how this applies! It's also great that you can cover a wide area with just a small amount. Effects: First off, I didn't experience any new skin blemishes from this product. Maybe it's thanks to the Vitex extract in the ingredients. While it didn't dramatically clear up existing blemishes, it did prevent them from getting worse and helped them subside. My previous skincare routine was <Sidmool Skin (Galactomyces) - Aloe Vera Gel - Stem Cell Culture Medium Emulsion>. After receiving this product, I replaced the final emulsion step with this cream. It absorbs faster than my previous emulsion, so I applied 1-2 layers. It seemed to refine my skin's surface, creating a thin, comfortable layer. My skin felt subtly softer and smoother.
ConsOn its own, the moisturizing power is weak. It could have been a perfect product for summer...!! I'd recommend doing your previous skincare steps thoroughly or making sure to add a moisturizing layer as the final step. Especially if you have very dry skin... Personally, I like gel-type products, but because this one is quite runny, it's a bit difficult to control the amount with the spatula. On the bright side, a small amount spreads well, but for those who are clumsy with application (like me...), you might accidentally use too much at first and need some trial and error to find the right amount. Also, this doesn't affect the product's performance, but I personally found the lid a bit inconvenient to open and close. Maybe because it's too light...haha.
TipEvery winter, my T-zone becomes extremely dry and I always struggle with it. Recently, I found a great tip: using aloe gel together with lightweight products works wonders! In the past, thinking I had dry skin, I bombarded my face with oils and creams, which was a disaster. It's like a skincare diet, you know? Layering lightweight products doesn't clog my pores, doesn't stress my skin, and works great! If you feel like you need more hydration, try using Cica Bio Placenta after your toner and aloe gel steps. It definitely reduces facial tightness and seems to double the soothing effect! I usually only apply an oil moisturizing layer as the last step in the evening, but if you have very dry skin, feel free to use oils too!

It has a mild herbal scent reminiscent of mint, which isn't overpowering and makes for comfortable use. ✅ A gentle cream free from harsh additives, suitable even for sensitive skin. My skin usually reacts immediately with itching and burning sensations if there are ingredients that don't agree with extremely sensitive skin, but I experienced no such reactions. ✅ Absorbs quickly without leaving an oily residue or causing hair to stick. Used as a moisturizer, it provided better hydration than expected and didn't leave a sticky finish. ✅ The initial hydration feels good, but it dissipates rather quickly. It's great as a calming cream, but since the skin might dry out, I recommend applying a small amount (about 2 spatula scoops) twice before bed, followed by a separate cream (like Physiogel) to lock in moisture. This resulted in noticeably smoother and more hydrated skin the next morning. ✅ Used consistently for about a week without any skin irritation, increase in blemishes, or small pimples. While it didn't provide dramatic skin improvement immediately, it did a pretty good job of soothing the skin.
Cons❌ If I were to purchase this product instead of receiving it for free, I'd say the price is quite high for the amount you get. The brand isn't well-known either, which could make it a bit daunting for first-time buyers. ❌ Don't expect high levels of hydration as it's primarily a soothing cream. ❌ You might be disappointed if you're looking for instant skin improvement. It's best used on days when your skin feels sensitive or to calm redness.
TipWorks well when used in combination with Physiogel cream. I apply it after toner/essence, followed by a small amount of Physiogel for added benefits.

It has a bouncy texture that's full of hydration. Moisturizing power: For those experienced with moisturizers, you'll recognize this as a hydration-packed, refreshing cream at first glance. It's not strong enough to use alone in winter, but it's perfect for adding hydration before applying a heavier moisturizer. Oily skin types will love this formula. While it's not heavy, it's not lacking in moisturizing power either - I'd say it's medium strength. Blemishes: This was my favorite part! Some moisturizers can cause small bumps, but I used this for over a week with no issues at all. I have super sensitive skin, so I think it should work well for most people. Effects: I noticed improvements in skin texture and complexion. It was so nice to wake up and feel how soothed my skin was. I have strong redness and yellow undertones, but I was surprised to see my complexion improve. I was impressed with the effects, and when I saw the price, I thought, 'Ah, that makes sense.' However, unlike moisturizers that just provide hydration, this one seems to have a soothing effect, probably due to the Centella Asiatica extract, which justifies the price.
ConsIt's difficult for those with dry skin to use this alone. Is it just me? My eyes sting... If I apply the cream near my eyes, they tear up. I really dislike the jar packaging! Isn't jar packaging usually used to make creams seem more luxurious? This cream's jar doesn't even look high-end. Both the lid and the container look cheap... I don't understand why they chose this packaging when they're not even trying to make it look premium. The price might feel a bit steep. It seems a bit expensive for a brand I've never heard of before. Still, given the ingredients and effects, I can accept this drawback... Please have a sale!
TipI feel like I've found a really good moisturizer. I intend to repurchase. I like how it stabilizes my skin and is gentle. Any tips for using moisturizers? Haha, I'm applying it diligently. While it doesn't pill even if you apply a lot, you need to pat it in quite a bit for absorption, so I'm applying it in small amounts.

I'll review in short, easy-to-read sentences: 1. Absorbs well without feeling heavy. Light and fresh texture. 2. Comes with a built-in spatula! 3. While it doesn't have an intense cooling effect, it still gives a sense of soothing and cooling down when applied to the skin. 4. After about 6 days of use, I felt like my redness was being controlled. 5. (Personally) I liked that there wasn't a strong, irritating scent. 6. The areas where I apply it seem to have less severe allergic reactions than before. (This might need longer-term use of over a month to be sure) 7. Thankfully, using this didn't make anything worse.
Cons1. Although it claims to strengthen the skin barrier and immunity for extremely sensitive skin, there doesn't seem to be any 'dramatic' effect. This could be because I've used it for less than a week! 2. The hydration it provides isn't enough on its own. If you're like me and need intense moisturization for dry skin in winter, you might find it lacking. 3. It's so runny that sometimes it's hard to tell how much is the right amount to apply. For example, I've been surprised when the amount I intended for just my chin ended up covering my whole cheek too.
TipWell... If you have 'super sensitive skin' like me, especially if you have a chronic dermatological condition, don't get your hopes up too high. It seems that chronic skin conditions can't be cured by products like this... I had high expectations because it contains placenta-like ingredients, but it didn't live up to them. However, it might be helpful for those who frequently get small blemishes on their face! That's because I actually felt like it helped control my redness.

I wanted to try this blemish cream as a follow-up product, and I was lucky enough to be selected as a Hwahae Tester for the first time! So, I'll do my best to provide a thorough review. While gel creams typically seem more suitable for summer, I think this one could work well even in winter. Among the gel creams I've tried, this has the best absorption. It's lightweight yet moisturizing, and I've been using it without any blemishes or issues. I'm hoping that with continued use, it might help fade some minor marks. Unlike most heavy cica creams, this one is pleasantly light. The scent is slightly lemony - a cool, refreshing fragrance. Usually, gel-type creams leave my phone screen all greasy if I use it right after application, but this one absorbs so well that my skin feels soft to the touch, yet you can still sense the hydration underneath when you press it. I've even tried it in the morning before makeup to check for pilling, and it absorbs so well that it seems suitable for daytime use too. However, I'm currently using it only in the evenings.
ConsThe downside is that while it's moisturizing, I'm not sure if it's hydrating enough on its own for the upcoming colder winter months. Like all cica creams, it doesn't show immediate effects, so I plan to continue using it consistently and see how it goes.
TipI found it great to apply lightly after using exfoliating pads, as it provides moisture without feeling heavy. Even though I have dry skin, I haven't experienced any tightness after using this cream alone.

Maybe because of its texture, it seems to soothe blemishes better too, haha. I bought this cica cream hoping to fade acne scars, but I haven't used it long enough to see significant results in that area yet.
ConsSince the texture is on the lighter side, I don't think it's the best cream for those with dry skin to use during winter.
