The coverage was quite good, to the point that I was told my skin looked good.
ConsThe dryness is just too, too, too severe... Other cushions didn't have this issue, but when I apply the Glow Tension and go to work, I have to make sure to carry a mist with me... I have to spray it every 30 minutes, it's so severely drying and dehydrating that in less than two hours, the skin around my nose gets cakey and accentuates flakiness... And it applies thicker than expected, making my skin feel stuffy. I heard it was moisturizing and long-lasting, but that's completely untrue.. I normally have a combination skin type, but in the fall it becomes dry+combination, so I prioritize moisturizing over coverage in the fall, and this is not even a 1 out of 10 for me. I don't think I'll repurchase this...

Good color match When the Tension Pact was first released, I remember it being too bright when I tested it, so I applied for shade 23. This time, the color seems to be well-matched. I got quite tanned in the summer, so I'm around shade 22, but it evened out my skin tone more subtly than my original skin tone. Shade 23 would likely be a perfect fit. 2. Decent coverage It can perfectly cover freckles, melasma, and light acne scars. Larger acne scars are slightly visible, so you need to layer it a few times. Recently, I had a huge pimple near my temple that left a purple scar, but I was able to cover it well just by layering the cushion a couple of times without using a concealer. 3. Natural-looking glow In natural light, it gives a glowing skin effect, but under lighting, it has a radiant finish. I usually use a matte foundation, but after using the Glow Tension, my friends told me to get rid of all my matte foundations because my skin looks so much better. 4. Good lasting power I usually don't carry a pouch for touch-ups, but after being out for about 14 hours, when I looked in the mirror, my brows and makeup had faded, but the skin itself was still in good condition. There was hardly any creasing around my nose or laugh lines, and it didn't look overly worn down. I don't think I'll need to touch it up much.
Cons1. Severe tackiness I thought the Glow Tension would have a hydrating and heavy formula since it has "Glow" in the name, but I'm not sure about the hydration level. It's rather dry, but ironically, it clings to the baby hairs on my face. The tackiness is extremely severe, so I'll need to really prep my skin well. 2. Need to be careful with application It doesn't make my skin look as transparent as I expected, so if I'm not careful with the amount, it can look cakey. Also, if I apply it too thickly, it really emphasizes my pores and peach fuzz. It doesn't seem to cover uneven texture well. 3. The built-in puff is problematic The puff that comes with it is quite fluffy, but it feels like it's sucking all the moisture out of my skin. When my skin condition was poor, using it made my flaky skin even worse. I switched to using the IOPE cushion puff instead, and that helped a lot.
TipI would recommend this Glow Tension cushion to those with skin tone 23 who love a glowy finish and are looking for a cushion with small pores and good coverage. However, I would not recommend it to those with skin tone 22 who are seeking a very bright, luminous look. As you can see in the photos, the color was a bit too dark for me, so if I repurchase, I plan to get the shade 22 Beige. When I tested it in the store, the sales associate recommended the Beige or Vanilla shades. Those with large pores or a lot of peach fuzz on their face (like me) may want to use a primer along with this cushion to be fully satisfied. The Missha store employee suggested using the Glow Something-or-other Balm with it, but I personally didn't find that necessary if you already have a primer you like. The tension formula makes it easy to apply with a brush, which I found helpful for creating a more sheer, lightweight coverage when I didn't want a heavy look. It's a bit more of a hassle, but worked well for a natural skin finish.
