The hydration power is excellent. The scent might be hit or miss for some, but I personally love it. It might feel a bit heavy due to the oily film it leaves. It's a shame it's been discontinued. - sa******Combination SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresDead Skin CellsRecommendedApr 18, 2024
For combination skin, this is a lightweight nourishing cream suitable for use year-round, except during the peak of winter and summer. The texture is pleasantly rich without being too heavy or overwhelming. It's a great choice for those seeking moderate hydration. The scent is a delightful blend of ginger and floral notes. The fragrance might be a bit polarizing for some users. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsEnlarged PoresDead Skin CellsRecommendedOct 24, 2023
I used this product with great satisfaction due to its high moisturizing effect. It kept my skin nicely hydrated. As I have dry skin, I stocked up on it for the winter months. Unfortunately, when I had blemishes on my face, I couldn't use it much because it caused a burning sensation. - Hwahae UserNormal SkinRecommendedFeb 11, 2020
I've been using this cream for 6 months since September! Though I've strayed a few times, I managed to finish it. This cream is fantastic for dry and very dry skin types - the hydration is top-notch! After application, your skin feels dewy and moisturized. The scent is lovely too, with a honey-like fragrance. I've never experienced any blemishes from it. When applied before makeup, it leaves the skin hydrated and glowing, and makeup goes on smoothly. However... sadly, the ingredients have taken a turn for the worse... goodbye... It's now discontinued and has been reformulated, but the new ingredients are disappointing (Innisfree, why do you keep doing this...?). Absolutely not recommended for oily skin as it's quite rich. Also, those who prefer a matte finish should probably avoid this. - Hwahae UserOily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedDec 7, 2019
When you apply it, your skin instantly feels super firm and plump! I used to have foundation cracking and flaking, but after using this product, the 'desert skin' effect was noticeably reduced! When applied before bed, I woke up with my skin feeling a bit too oily the next morning. - ke*****Dry SkinSensitive SkinSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRednessRecommendedDec 6, 2019
As someone with sensitive skin, I consider it a success if a product doesn't cause blemishes, and in that sense, this was a success! The scent is also pleasantly fragrant. It's rich in oil and moisture balance (seems to be more on the oily side), making it great for fall and winter use. I came across this while looking for products without stearic acid, and I'm satisfied with my experience. (Note: There's no conclusive evidence that stearic acid clogs pores! Apparently, that effect was only observed on rabbit skin, so I plan to use creams containing it in the future.) It's a bit disappointing that fragrance is listed in the ingredients. However, it didn't cause any major blemishes, so... Compared to Innisfree's Fermented Cream, this one is less rich. So I think it's suitable to use this in fall-winter, and switch to the Fermented Cream in deep winter. I'm currently using the Fermented Cream. - bl*********Oily SkinAcne SkinRecommendedDec 5, 2019
12.5 out of 15 Today is my first day using this. I went to buy the green tea line cream, but since it's winter and dry, they recommended trying a product with more richness, so I picked this one. I have dry skin but tend to get blemishes. About an hour after applying, I'm noticing a nice glow! It feels so hydrating! I'll use it for a few more days and write another review~ The scent... it smells like acacia gum... I suspected it might have fragrance, and sure enough, it does. The scent is too strong. I think I'll need time to get used to it. - to*******Combination SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedNov 21, 2019
I bought this cream for winter hydration, and it worked wonders for my extremely dry skin. It's incredibly moisturizing and feels like it penetrates deep into the skin. It absorbed quickly, but the scent wasn't particularly pleasant. It felt like I bought it solely for hydration purposes. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinNov 20, 2019
It stays moisturizing for quite a while. This would be perfect for those with dry skin. Maybe because I have oily skin, it feels different on my face compared to my hands. It's much more oily on my face and I'm getting some blemishes. I checked the ingredients on Hwahae before buying, but it seems it doesn't suit my skin... I'd advise against applying it too thickly. I wouldn't recommend this for combination to oily skin types, but those with dry skin will likely be satisfied. - Hwahae UserDry SkinRecommendedNov 20, 2019
My skin type is dry, and I usually only apply toner and cream, so I bought this product because I needed a rich moisturizer. I've always struggled with deep dryness when buying creams, but this product is great because it doesn't cause any deep dryness! I don't need to apply a separate emulsion or essence to avoid feeling dehydrated. The rich texture provides excellent hydration without feeling too oily. When I apply it generously at night, I wake up with honey-like skin the next morning! Due to its texture, it's more suitable for fall and winter seasons rather than summer. I tend to have severe dead skin cells, but this cream helps to smooth them out, making my skin feel soft and supple. It has Innisfree's signature scent. While the fragrance isn't too strong, it might be a matter of personal preference, so I recommend testing it before use. While it's good at smoothing out dead skin cells, the absorption feels a bit slow. After it's absorbed, there isn't much oiliness, but before absorption, there's a bit of surface shine, making it less ideal for use before applying makeup in the morning. Also, due to its texture, even with a lid, it tends to attract dust quite easily... If you want to use it in the morning, apply it and then after about 5 minutes, gently press with a tissue or lint-free cotton pad. This helps remove any excess product on the surface, preventing makeup from pilling! It also works well under sunscreen.
