The biggest advantage is that it emulsifies well. As a result, there's no oily residue after cleansing, and it feels refreshing. When I'm wearing light makeup or just sunblock, I don't even need to do a second cleanse. This is great because when my skin is super sensitive, double or triple cleansing (including toner pads) can be too harsh. With this, I can finish cleansing in one go without my skin becoming red or dry. The design is clean, it's gentle on the skin, cleanses effectively, and I've been very satisfied using it.
ConsI've had my eye on this product for a while due to its popularity, but it seems like the price keeps going up every year. It feels like it's almost doubled in price, which is disappointing. I think I'll switch to a more budget-friendly option that gives better bang for your buck.

It emulsifies well and leaves no residue after cleansing.
ConsWhile there's nothing particularly disappointing, I wish it felt a bit more refreshing on the skin.

Texture The emulsification is excellent, resulting in a clean finish with minimal residue. 2. Sebum control As you massage it in, you can feel the sebum being drawn out, leaving your skin texture refined and silky smooth. Among the cleansing oils I've tried, this seems to be one of the best for sebum control. 3. Fragrance While products with good ingredients often have peculiar scents, this one has a refreshing citrus aroma that lingers
ConsI haven't noticed any significant drawbacks yet, though I'm not sure if I'm experiencing slight blemishes or not... I'll need to use it a bit longer to be certain

It effectively removes base makeup and even stubborn eyeliner with ease! IMPORTANT NOTE: For waterproof mascara, you might need to massage a bit more, so I recommend using a separate lip and eye remover for those. It emulsifies well after cleansing, and when massaged into the skin, you can feel it smoothing out skin texture! The thick formula leaves no dryness after rinsing, making it great for those with dry skin. Just like its sleek packaging, the Second Design Cleansing Oil is impeccable in every aspect. Highly recommended!
ConsThe only slight inconvenience I experienced was some blurriness in my vision after rinsing, but I've found this happens with most cleansing products.

The cleansing effectiveness is really impressive, and I love how it seems to dissolve and remove impurities from the pores! There's no deep dryness after rinsing.
ConsAfter washing, my vision gets a bit blurry... and it lasts for a while... However, the other benefits are significant enough that I'm considering repurchasing.
TipUpdate: The blurry vision after cleansing isn't a big issue if you rinse more thoroughly and gently. Being more meticulous with cleansing is probably better for your skin anyway!

It gives a pleasant feeling while using it. The lightweight and smooth texture allows for easy circular motions, and it feels like it effectively removes sebum around the nose area. - When I first added water, I was a bit surprised as it didn't seem to emulsify well, but after a moment, it worked perfectly fine! *Cleansing effectiveness: Removes even Etude House's curl-fixing mascara well. - Although I haven't tried removing heavy makeup, it effectively removed Etude House's Curl Fix mascara.
ConsThere weren't any significant downsides, but if I had to pick one, it would be the brief moment when you first add water after dissolving all the makeup - it feels like it doesn't emulsify well for a split second.
TipI've noticed that some people around me skip the emulsification step and rinse off the oil directly with water, so I thought I'd share the proper steps for using an oil cleanser: 1. Dispense the oil onto your hands and massage it onto your dry face in circular motions. 2. After massaging, wet your hands with water, turn off the tap, and massage your face again with your wet hands. This is the emulsification step. (Think of it as mixing oil and water!) 3. When the oil on your face becomes cloudy and well-mixed, turn on the water and rinse your face thoroughly.

After consistently using other products, I decided to try something new. The simple packaging and ingredients appealed to me, so I made the purchase. The main reason for using a cleansing oil is its cleansing effectiveness, and this one is absolutely top-notch in that regard. (It emulsifies well.) After rinsing, it doesn't leave a slippery residue, nor does it dry out my skin or strip away moisture. While some cleansing oils have a water-like consistency, this product has a slightly richer texture.
ConsThe price compared to the volume...? It would be great if they offered more sales.

The emulsification process works well too. After washing, my face doesn't feel overly tight.
ConsI haven't been using it for long, so I'm not sure yet. If I notice anything unusual, I'll update my review.

Seems like a great cleansing oil even for oily skin types - Satisfied with the clean ingredients - Works well for both makeup removal and caring for blackheads and whiteheads - The texture is very gentle and non-irritating - A cleansing oil with a thick yet lightweight feel - Love the pump bottle and sleek, simple design
Cons- To be honest, it was extremely difficult to find any downsides, but if I had to pick one, it might be that sometimes you get more product than expected when pumping
TipIf you're unsure about which cleansing oil to buy, trust me and try the Second Design Cleansing Oil. It seems like a versatile cleansing oil that anyone can use without issues.

My skin is super sensitive - even slightly incompatible cosmetics immediately cause breakouts. The feel of this product is amazing! It's refreshing and not heavy despite being rich, making it a lightweight product. I'm extremely satisfied with how it feels! Also, when washing it off, there's no greasy residue or uncomfortable feeling at all. It rinses off cleanly, leaving skin smooth like bare skin. It's so effective that you might think a single cleanse is enough!
ConsUnfortunately, it causes blemishes... I had high hopes because it feels so nice to use. I experimented with it over time. I used it for two days, then stopped when I got acne. A month later, I tried again, but my face became red and acne started to appear, so I stopped again. Just in case, I gave it a third try, but my face became red again, turned red after cleansing, and became sensitive. I guess no matter how good the ingredients are, if it doesn't suit you, it just doesn't work.
TipWhile it caused acne for me, I'd still recommend it to those it works for.
