It's great! Not too oily, just the right amount of softness, and absorbs well into the skin. However, I wish there was a bit more product. If you apply only a small amount, it absorbs quickly and doesn't last long. For those with dry skin, you might need to apply a generous amount for better results. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinAug 6, 2024
It was pretty decent. My skin didn't experience any irritation. It definitely helped with deep dryness. The effects didn't last long, and as someone with oily skin, it wasn't great for me. I found it difficult to spread evenly over my face. - Hwahae UserDehydrated SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinJan 24, 2024
It absorbs well and is great for layering. A decent moisturizer with a reliable feel. The hydration doesn't last as long as I'd like. It would be better if it were a bit more moisturizing, which is a bit disappointing. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAtopy SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinJun 1, 2023
I bought the cream and tried the sample I received. It absorbs quickly and leaves my skin feeling hydrated. There's no stickiness, and I don't feel any excess oil. It's a great moisturizing cream. The effects don't seem to last very long. Those with dry skin might find it not hydrating enough. - Hwahae UserNormal SkinApr 3, 2023
The way this product absorbs and combats deep dryness is truly remarkable - it's definitely one of its standout features! I'm a bit disappointed with its staying power... I can't help but wonder if it would be better if it were a bit more hydrating. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinJan 27, 2023
My skin's moisture barrier was severely damaged, causing excessive oiliness and deep dryness. This product effectively controls oil production and doesn't add any extra oiliness, leaving my skin feeling fresh. It also addresses the deep dryness, helping to balance my skin's oil and moisture levels. While it helps with deep dryness, its effectiveness in maintaining hydration doesn't last very long. I wake up feeling dry, and for those of us with severe deep dryness, one layer might not be enough during the day. Make sure to apply at least 3 layers at night and 2 layers during the day. When wearing makeup, apply 2 very thin layers. - Hwahae UserDry SkinMar 25, 2022
Hydration: Excellent, Soothing effect: Excellent, Moisturizing power: Good, Absorption: Superb This product gave me extreme satisfaction when I used it during a skin crisis. Recently, I fell ill due to COVID and couldn't wash up for days, which caused my skin to act up. I had almost settled on my regular skincare routine, but when I finally washed my face and applied products, everything stung and my entire cheeks turned red. The burning sensation lasted for a while even after application. My skin isn't usually problematic, so I never deliberately bought calming products before. This time, I carefully selected calming products from toner to cream. After applying my newly purchased soothing cream, I was pondering what to use as a non-irritating final step in this dry season. That's when I remembered this cream I used to use for hydration and decided to give it a try again. I had previously thought it was just okay and tucked it away, but wow, it's amazing now that I've rediscovered it! Even with my new calming products, everything except the carrot pad initially stung. My skin was very sensitive and angry, so I thought I'd need to use products consistently to see results. But when I applied this as the last step, it stung at first when spreading with my hands, but when I gently patted it in, the irritation miraculously disappeared. Wondering what this was, I looked at the name - Calming + Cream... It truly lives up to its name! This is day 1 of use when my skin condition is at its worst. For now, I'm satisfied that it instantly calmed my burning skin. As I lie down to write this review before bed, my skin feels comfortable and pain-free. I'm so moved! I'll update my review if I see improvements with consistent use. Nothing negative so far, but I'll need to observe the long-lasting moisturizing effect a bit more! Apply the cream by gently patting it onto your skin. When my skin was sensitive, rubbing it in circular motions irritated and hurt my skin. - Hwahae UserDry SkinJan 24, 2022
It absorbs well, feeling moisturizing when applied and leaving no sticky residue after fully absorbed However, it doesn't last long. If you apply makeup over it, your skin quickly becomes dry and the makeup starts to separate - Hwahae UserDry SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinDec 10, 2021
What I loved most was how incredibly hydrating it felt without being heavy at all. It applies so refreshingly, yet feels packed with moisture. It worked especially well when I layered it over the same brand's toner after thoroughly hydrating my skin. This really helped set a great base, significantly reducing any makeup patchiness. I'm also really impressed with the quality of the ingredients. EDIT: I'm revising my rating from 5 stars to 2 stars. Initially, I thought this product was perfect for my skin and even bought a second jar. However, strangely, at some point I started noticing an increase in small bumps and hardened sebum. When I stopped using this product for about 3 weeks, these issues almost disappeared. But when I started using it again, within just a week, my skin became bumpy and textured once more. I've been loving this brand's toner and cushion, so I really hoped this cream would be my holy grail too. It's such a disappointment. Aside from this issue, another drawback is that the hydration doesn't last very long. One slight downside is that the hydration doesn't last very long, so you need to reapply frequently. However, since I keep the same brand's toner in a spray bottle and mist it on regularly, it's not a major issue for me. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinNov 19, 2021
Love it! It's refreshing and moisturizing, so I'm using it daily. If you have very dry skin, you might find it less hydrating. The lasting power isn't particularly long.
