It's genuinely hydrating without leaving any oily residue on the skin, and it absorbs quite well. It quickly penetrates the skin, keeping it moisturized from within! Plus, it's super compatible with makeup. Honestly, there are no downsides. I can genuinely say there's nothing negative about it. I've never experienced any issues, and I can guarantee that. I think the exfoliating toner was the best! When I'm in a rush, I just pour some into my hands and pat it onto my face for quick absorption. I've been using this toner for several years now. My skin is super sensitive, and usually the wrong toner can cause a tingling sensation, but this one keeps my skin hydrated without any irritation.
