Pros

I received it as a gift and started using it. They said my scalp was dry when they examined it. But I also have pimples and dandruff. At first, I didn't think it was dry, so I thought it was just seborrheic dermatitis, so I didn't use conditioner or treatment on my scalp, which just made my hair even drier. But this product can be used on the scalp without any worries, so I applied the treatment to my scalp first, then massaged it in while holding my hair. Personally, I didn't have any issues with the scent. The texture is an opaque white cream. When I shampoo and rinse with water, I feel a light, soft sensation, which is great. Most importantly, there aren't many bad ingredients, so I can use it with peace of mind. If you don't wash your hair often, it tends to fall out more. Personally, I don't shampoo that frequently, so I don't have the problem of my hair not falling out at all. This treatment is clearly stated to not be a medicinal product for treatment.

Pros
I was recommended the Polygen shampoo and tried the new product, and it was remarkably effective, making me feel like I was using a groundbreaking product that combined the functions of a treatment and a scalp pack. My scalp is quite oily and sensitive due to frequent use of sebum-controlling shampoos, so I can't use just any shampoo. But this brand's shampoos and other products provide comfort to my scalp.
