I've been using this shampoo, treatment, and tonic for years now, and I've noticed a significant reduction in hair loss and my hair has become thicker! While the quantity isn't huge, making it seem a bit pricey, it's quite reasonable if you buy the double set from the official website! The squeeze bottle design makes it easy and convenient to use.

It takes a long time to rinse out... Maybe because I use it on my scalp, but it takes a while for all the lather to wash away. Also, it leaves a somewhat oily feeling?

The scent is rich and pleasant. It rinses off completely without leaving residue. You can apply it to the scalp too, and I definitely feel like I'm losing less hair.

For those with itchy scalps due to dryness when not washing their hair, Poligen shampoo is fantastic. It completely eliminates itching - it's a game-changer! 
Note that the regular Poligen shampoo has a completely different scent, slightly herbal. 
Also, the Poligen scalp pack has a different fragrance. It smells nice, but I can't quite place it - it's pleasant but distinct from the others.

The price... oh, the price. The volume for the price is disappointing. Why is it so small? What's going on? No larger size available? 

The inconvenient container design... It's not a pump type, so you have to squeeze it out. The cap doesn't pop off; you have to twist it slightly to open. Twist the other way to close.

I wanted to write a review about the scent, so here it is! 

The fragrance: It's identical to Santa Maria Novella Idraelia Cream (the Go Hyun-jung cream)!

Since no one mentioned what this product smells like, I'm sharing my experience. It's exactly the same as Santa Maria Novella Idraelia Moisturizing Cream! Amazing! When I first squeezed out the treatment and smelled it, I thought, 'Wait, where have I smelled this before? Is it a perfume? A cosmetic scent?' Then it hit me - Santa Maria Novella! That's it! I remembered! The scent is lovely (to my taste). The official website describes it as a blend of moringa flower, aqua, and warm floral notes.

Texture: It's quite rich, so you don't need to use as much as you might think. I usually use more treatment than shampoo, but that's not necessary here as the amount is small.

Sensation: My routine is to apply the treatment after shampooing, then brush my teeth and use body wash before rinsing my hair. Perhaps due to the menthol ingredient, I don't feel much when I first apply it, but by the time I'm done with teeth and body, my scalp feels refreshingly cool.

Effects: Hair is noticeably softer when combing after using the treatment. It seems particularly beneficial for those with dry scalps.

The packaging is absolutely terrible. I can't understand why they designed it this way. You have to bang it against something multiple times just to get the product out. The poor packaging really brings down the overall rating.

I love that it can be used on the scalp too. The hydration isn't too heavy, so even those with fine hair like me can use it.

It's really inconvenient to use. You have to turn it upside down and squeeze hard with one hand. I wish it had a pump dispenser.

The scent is lovely. Compared to other conditioners or treatments, it feels much more like touching seaweed in water when rinsing it out.

I wish the quantity was a bit more generous. Other than that, I don't have any particular complaints

It feels refreshing when applied. I didn't experience any particular side effects. It's pretty good.

However, I'm not sure if it was due to the treatment or if I just experienced temporary excessive shedding at that time.

It provided enough hydration to prevent static electricity. I noticed my bangs were suddenly thinning, so I used it diligently, and the amount of hair loss decreased quickly.

Using it on my scalp makes my head itchy... I'm not sure if it's really improving my hair texture even with consistent use...

I love that I can use it on my scalp too. It leaves my hair feeling smooth afterwards.

1. The container is inconvenient. After using about half, it becomes really difficult to use. 2. I always thoroughly rinse my scalp after shampooing and conditioning, but since using this product, my scalp has become itchy and I've developed dandruff. 3. Since it's an anti-hair loss treatment, it seems to have almost no conditioning effect. Above all, the container is the most inconvenient aspect.

I loved how it didn't feel heavy or weighed down after drying. The menthol ingredient gives a refreshing sensation to the scalp.
