After examining my scalp, I was told it was dry. But I also had blemishes and dead skin cells. Initially, I didn't think it was dry and assumed it was seborrheic dermatitis, so I avoided using conditioner and treatment on my scalp, which only made my hair more dry. However, this product can be used on the scalp without worry, so I apply the treatment from the scalp, massaging it in while holding my hair. Personally, I didn't mind the scent. The texture is like an opaque white cream. After shampooing and rinsing, it feels light and noticeably softer, which I like. Above all, it doesn't have many harmful ingredients, so I can use it with peace of mind. If you don't wash your hair often, you tend to lose more hair. Personally, I don't wash my hair frequently, so it's not like I don't lose any hair at all. This treatment is clearly stated not to be a medicinal product for curing hair loss.
ConsI wish the container had a pump dispenser. It's difficult to control the amount, making it inconvenient to use. It would be nice if there was more product. The price is a bit high for the quantity. People who are very sensitive to fragrances might dislike this scent. This treatment doesn't solve scalp dermatitis. I suppose that's because it's a regular hair loss treatment, not a specialized one.
TipApply it to your hair, press it in firmly, and massage to allow the ingredients to penetrate. Rinse it out after letting it sit for a while.

It's supposed to be gentle enough for the scalp, so I gave it a try. About a week after I began using it, I could feel my hair becoming stronger. My hair has always been very fine, and even though I don't dye it and only get a perm once a year, hairstylists often comment that I have 'Western-type' hair that's more susceptible to sun damage. I've tried all sorts of highly-rated treatments and hair masks, but they always irritated my scalp. My skin is super sensitive, so I'd immediately get dandruff or blemishes on my scalp. I've been using Aveda products daily, but after using this treatment and following up with a pea-sized amount of Aveda treatment on my ends, people keep asking if I've had a professional hair treatment!
ConsThe price is a bit high. Some people say the scent is hit or miss, but I found it okay.
TipUsing this treatment is definitely a pro tip!
