After using this, my hair volume really comes to life! It definitely seems to make my scalp feel cleaner. It's quite greasy... I've been using this shampoo, treatment, and tonic for years now, and I've noticed a significant reduction in hair loss and my hair has become thicker! While the quantity isn't huge, making it seem a bit pricey, it's quite reasonable if you buy the double set from the official website! The squeeze bottle design makes it easy and convenient to use. If I had to pick something, the price might be a bit steep for some? It would be great if they offered larger sizes too! For best results, apply to the scalp, wait 2-3 minutes, then rinse. The scent is rich and pleasant. It rinses off completely without leaving residue. You can apply it to the scalp too, and I definitely feel like I'm losing less hair. It takes a long time to rinse out... Maybe because I use it on my scalp, but it takes a while for all the lather to wash away. Also, it leaves a somewhat oily feeling?

The fragrance: It's identical to Santa Maria Novella Idraelia Cream (the Go Hyun-jung cream)! Since no one mentioned what this product smells like, I'm sharing my experience. It's exactly the same as Santa Maria Novella Idraelia Moisturizing Cream! Amazing! When I first squeezed out the treatment and smelled it, I thought, 'Wait, where have I smelled this before? Is it a perfume? A cosmetic scent?' Then it hit me - Santa Maria Novella! That's it! I remembered! The scent is lovely (to my taste). The official website describes it as a blend of moringa flower, aqua, and warm floral notes. Texture: It's quite rich, so you don't need to use as much as you might think. I usually use more treatment than shampoo, but that's not necessary here as the amount is small. Sensation: My routine is to apply the treatment after shampooing, then brush my teeth and use body wash before rinsing my hair. Perhaps due to the menthol ingredient, I don't feel much when I first apply it, but by the time I'm done with teeth and body, my scalp feels refreshingly cool. Effects: Hair is noticeably softer when combing after using the treatment. It seems particularly beneficial for those with dry scalps. The price... oh, the price. The volume for the price is disappointing. Why is it so small? What's going on? No larger size available? The inconvenient container design... It's not a pump type, so you have to squeeze it out. The cap doesn't pop off; you have to twist it slightly to open. Twist the other way to close. For those with itchy scalps due to dryness when not washing their hair, Poligen shampoo is fantastic. It completely eliminates itching - it's a game-changer! Note that the regular Poligen shampoo has a completely different scent, slightly herbal. I love that it can be used on the scalp too. The hydration isn't too heavy, so even those with fine hair like me can use it. The packaging is absolutely terrible. I can't understand why they designed it this way. You have to bang it against something multiple times just to get the product out. The poor packaging really brings down the overall rating.

It's really inconvenient to use. You have to turn it upside down and squeeze hard with one hand. I wish it had a pump dispenser.

It provided enough hydration to prevent static electricity. I noticed my bangs were suddenly thinning, so I used it diligently, and the amount of hair loss decreased quickly. I love that I can use it on my scalp too. It leaves my hair feeling smooth afterwards. Using it on my scalp makes my head itchy... I'm not sure if it's really improving my hair texture even with consistent use...
