After winning the event and trying it out, the dryness was completely gone in just 5 minutes. I'm so grateful that I was able to win this product. It seems like an excellent product for calming down skin troubles as well. I highly recommend this to people like me.
ConsThe fragrance is a bit unpleasant, so some people may be disappointed.

This cream has a texture that is somewhere between a night cream and a regular cream. True to its purpose as a moisturizing cream, there is absolutely no tightness or dryness after application.
ConsFirst of all, I have combination skin that is prone to dryness and redness. The disappointing aspect is that while there is no tightness for my dehydrated skin, the finish feels a bit too heavy, and I felt burdened by having to apply it every day for a week. The fragrance is also not particularly appealing to me. Additionally, I feel the price is too high considering the performance.
TipIt has a slightly heavy, sleeping pack-like feel, so applying it before bed and then just rinsing with water in the morning can leave you with a moisturized complexion.

My skin is usually fine, but my nose is particularly sensitive and bumpy. So I focused on applying it to my nose and slept with it. The next day when I looked in the mirror, the tiny bumps had slightly subsided. It seemed like they might disappear if I kept using it, so I toned my skin and applied this product every night before bed. I slept fine without any issues, but a few days later... I started getting a few pimples. A total of 5 ㅜㅜㅜㅜ Could this have caused them? I kept using it, but the pimples didn't go away. Then I realized I've been staying up late and sleeping with my makeup on a lot recently ㅜㅜ So I stopped using this product for a few days, just in case that was the cause ㅜㅜ Pros: ❤️ You can see some effects when you first start using it ❤️ Small, pimple-like blemishes subsided!! ❤️ This cream alone is good enough ❤️ It has a nice, bouncy texture
ConsCons: ⭐️ The smell is not great ⭐️ I'm not sure if it's because of this, but larger pimples remained ⭐️ It's quite expensive
TipToning and then applying the cream is somewhat helpful

As this is the first time for both the Hwahae Trial Reviewer and the Centella product, the review may be a bit rough, but I will honestly share my experiences during the testing period without holding back. The product photos were taken using a camera filter due to the color tones. The before/after photos were taken without using any camera filters. I tried to take them under the same conditions, but there are slight differences in brightness due to variations in clarity and composition. Therefore, I recommend focusing more on the reddish/blotchy color tones rather than making an exact comparison of pores or acne scars. Skin Type: - Dry: Even after using a sheet mask and sleeping pack before bed, my skin feels dry and rough the next morning. I haven't seen any oil on my face since my teenage years. My skin often feels tight after cleansing. - Sensitive: I can use just about anything without any issues. I get 2-3 pimples a year, if that. - Other: I had a severe acne breakout during puberty, so I have large pores and reddish acne scars on my cheeks. Usage Period: From the day I received the product (2/11) until today (2/22), a total of 10 days. Usage Method: - Morning and evening, I used the product in the order of toner, essence, eye cream, 'this product', and moisturizer. - I applied a chickpea-sized amount to my cheeks, forehead, nose, and chin, then patted it in to absorb. Impressions and Effectiveness: - Texture: It's almost like an 'ointment'. - Spreadability: It spreads on like an ointment, but applies well. It's like a regular moisturizer with a slightly thicker, creamier feel. - Soothing: Even though I've only used it for 10 days, the reddish, blotchy areas on my cheeks have improved significantly. I've definitely noticed a soothing effect. - Hydration: To be honest, my expectations were probably too high. It provides a similar level of hydration to a regular cream, but doesn't give a strong, lasting moisturizing effect. At first, I only used the toner and eye cream to try to give an accurate review, but ended up adding my usual essence and moisturizer because my skin felt too dry. Since there's hardly any oily residue left on the skin after application, I think it may be lacking for those with dry skin. However, it could be suitable for those with mild dryness, normal, or oily skin types. Conclusion: Someone asked if this product is worth the 40,000 won price tag... If asked, I wouldn't say no, it's not worth it. Even though the moisturizing power didn't quite meet my expectations, I did see a noticeable soothing effect in just 10 days of use. I think if I continue using it consistently, the benefits may become even more apparent.
ConsI've been using it satisfactorily for ten days, but if I had to say something... ○Fragrance It's close to being odorless, but there is a certain fragrance. Some people say it smells like medicinal herbs, but I'm not sure about that. It seems similar to the scent of madecassoside. (Come to think of it, madecassoside is a component of centella, so it seems to be related to madecassoside?) ○Price Using it, the amount doesn't seem as little as I expected, so I personally don't feel it's expensive. However, if it were just 10,000 won cheaper, it would have been a very reasonable price. (In fact, if the effect is there, the price wouldn't matter much to those who desperately need it)
TipThose who are truly superficial will find this insufficient. It seems best to finish with your usual product or a cream that is not too heavy.

It has the right amount of viscosity and spreads smoothly, which is exactly what I like and what I was looking for. 2️⃣Absorption The absorption is not just surprising, but amazing. After applying, it absorbs in just a few seconds, leaving my skin with a soft, coated feeling, as if reborn. 3️⃣Moisturizing Power The moisturizing power is truly praiseworthy. Even though I used it for this short 4-day period, my skin, which had become oily (clogged pores) between combination and normal, has returned to normal, and is now supple and bouncy. Thank you, Dr. Relief! I don't even need to do touch-up makeup during the day, and my bare skin is glowing. Friends, you should get this! ^^^^ 4️⃣Volume & Price The volume is larger than expected! Based on my usage, it will last over a month, maybe even a few months. Of course, if I wasn't a Hwahae Trial Reviewer, the price of over 40,000 won for 50ml would have been burdensome. But luckily, I was selected, and as a result, I have 100% or more intention to repurchase!! Where should I go to get a discount? 😭
ConsThe smell!!!! If there is one regrettable aspect, it would be the smell... I mentioned that it has an ointment-like texture, but an ointment-like smell? It has a slightly unpleasant smell, but it fades after application. It's not an overpowering smell (which may also be due to my sensitive nose ^^;;)
TipThis is really, I really want my makeup to be incredibly effective. Please, I don't want to do corrective makeup. Those of you who do it, if you apply this towards the end of your basic makeup routine, it's game over. (It may be different for each individual, but that's how I feel! I've really witnessed a miracle where I can play all day and still look fine when I get back home.)

No pilling When I see these basic products, I always check if it's okay to apply them before makeup. After reading other reviews, I was worried about pilling, but I didn't experience any pilling with this cream! Phew, I'm so relieved. But at the same time, I didn't feel like my makeup went on better after applying this cream, so I'm not sure if I really need to apply it before makeup. I debated whether to list this as a pro or a con, but since it's not a bad thing, I just put it as a pro. 2. Packaging Personally, I don't mind tube or jar type packaging, so it was fine for me. But if you dislike tube packaging, you should keep that in mind. Also, based on the reviews I've read, the overall appearance, texture, and fragrance of this product make it seem like a cream you'd find at a dermatologist's office, which I really relate to. 3. Breakouts Since I don't have acne-prone skin, I haven't had any experiences with products causing breakouts. This product didn't cause any breakouts for me either. So I think I can recommend this to those with sensitive skin, as it doesn't seem to be irritating. But of course, it can vary from person to person. 4. Ingredients When I look at basic skincare products, I really focus on the ingredients. This product has very gentle and simple ingredients, so it feels like it only contains what's necessary, which I like. 5. Spreadability The spreadability is really good. There's a bit of stickiness when you first apply it, but it absorbs quickly and leaves the skin feeling smooth. 6. Texture The texture is like a translucent, ointment-like consistency. It's not thick and sticky like an ointment, but there's a slightly bouncy, tacky feel to the texture. 7. Hydration The hydration level is just right, so it should work well in all seasons. It's not an ultra-lightweight formula, but I think it would be suitable for those with dry skin as well. [Hwahae Trial Reviewer Review] 1. It's not just a quick burst of moisture, but the hydration seems to be maintained for a good while.
Cons1. Fragrance While this product is fragrance-free, not all fragrance-free products are the same. This one had a slight ointment-like or medicinal scent, which wasn't really my style. However, for those who don't particularly care about fragrance, it may not be an issue. But since I do care about fragrance, I probably won't use this product often. 2. Price 43,000 won for 50ml? As a student, I didn't feel this product was worth that price. I've found other products that I personally feel are better than this one at a more affordable price. But of course, the value perception can differ from person to person. 3. Oil Content The oil content isn't excessive, but it's not particularly low either. After application, it does get absorbed after a while. I could use it lightly on a cotton pad to help refine my skin texture, and the cream alone didn't cause my hair to stick to my face excessively. However, it didn't have a lightweight, non-greasy feel either. 4. Soothing I didn't really feel any noticeable soothing effects. If you're looking for a product that helps calm down blemishes, this may not be the best option.
TipI thought this product would be more suitable for using as a night care product in the evening rather than applying it before makeup. If you use this cream during the day as well, I would recommend just applying it thinly. I would more strongly recommend it for night care use.

First, I liked the tube-type packaging without excessive foam, which is better than some brands' overly luxurious containers or hard-to-fully-use packaging. As a product that strictly excludes irritating ingredients, I, as a dry-skinned person, preferred the moisturizing finish over the powdery ones that are popular these days. However, for those seeking a highly absorbent product or those with oily skin, this may not be the best fit. The butylene glycol ingredient provided strong hydration for dry skin, and I definitely experienced less slippage when applying makeup. Honestly, the reduction in dehydration was truly amazing! I applied this cream and then a double-lasting foundation (which is usually drying), but I didn't feel any dryness at all! The calming effects of the allantoin ingredient seem like it would be great for sensitive skin as well. I'll use it a bit more and provide a more detailed review later!
ConsAt first, I was a bit disappointed that the fragrance was unscented, but then I realized that means there are no harmful fragrances or ingredients added, so now I think I won't be able to use heavily scented skincare products anymore. I really want to try the ampoule as well, based on my trust in this brand.

My combination skin becomes sensitive in the winter, but this product is really the best. I think this is the first time I've found a cream that fits me so well. 1. The spreadability is somewhere between Vaseline and a moisturizing cream. It has a slightly firm texture, but it spreads smoothly when rolled with the hands. 2. Moisture and oil balance At first, I was surprised that it felt too oily, but after it absorbed, I felt the balance of oil and moisture was really good. It may vary from person to person, but in my case, after applying the product, my skin didn't feel greasy or have excess oil when touched. 3. Skin soothing This is the best part - my skin was extremely sensitive in the cold and dusty weather, but after using this product for about two days, my skin calmed down a lot, became incredibly smooth, and the recurring pimples didn't come back. 4. Makeup Creams with such a firm texture usually make foundation or cream makeup look greasy and break down quickly, but that wasn't the case at all. The moisture lasts long, but it doesn't negatively affect makeup. I was completely satisfied with every aspect of this product for winter use, and I also liked that it's in a tube, not a jar. If you have combination or dry skin that really feels the dryness in winter, I definitely recommend trying this!
ConsThere wasn't really anything disappointing. If I had to pick one, it would be the strange scent? But even that is hardly noticeable unless you try to smell it.
TipIt might feel too heavy for oily skin types.

The moisture and oil balance is just right! It spreads smoothly, even better than expected, and while it doesn't immediately calm down any breakouts, after using it morning and night for a week, I felt a soothing effect. It quickly replenishes moisture and seals it in with oil, making my skin feel plump. It absorbs well, and my makeup applies and wears nicely without getting cakey.
ConsThe absorption is a bit slow, leaving a slightly sticky feeling! You have to wait a bit for it to fully absorb. The lack of fragrance may be off-putting to some.
TipGently press and pat the product into your skin using the warmth of your hands to help it absorb! Be sure to let it fully absorb before applying makeup, so it doesn't pill or slide around.
