First and foremost, the best thing about using this product is that it is gentle. The ingredients are also kind, and when I used other madecassoside or centella-based cosmetics before, my skin seemed to improve a bit, but I always had one or two inflammatory acne that popped up. When I looked up the ingredients after learning about Hwahae, it seemed that those products contained pore-clogging ingredients or shea butter that didn't suit my skin, which is why I always had acne. However, this product is simple and only contains centella ingredients, which I found much better. The texture is slightly oily ointment-like, a bit sticky and tacky at first, but it absorbs well.
