As someone with dry skin, I really dislike products that feel heavy or dry. But this one doesn't have that heavy feeling at all - it just feels nice and moisturizing. And after using it, my stubborn acne has improved a lot.

Pros
My skin was breaking out and feeling itchy due to the changing seasons, but I heard this product is good for skin troubles, so I bought it and tried it for two days! The best part was that the itchiness went away completely within 5 minutes of applying it. It's the best!!!! Since the itchiness disappeared, the breakouts didn't get worse and the ones I had started to shrink and go away haha I don't usually have acne-prone skin, but I'll definitely keep this as a backup after I finish the whole product - I'm completely satisfied with it😆

The texture is like an ointment, but when you apply it, the moisture capsules burst and it feels really hydrating and moisturizing - way better than a regular moisturizer. At first, I bought it because I heard so many good things about it on SNS. I used it for about two days, but it didn't seem to work well. In fact, it seemed to make my skin more red, so I just left it aside. But about a month ago, my skin got really bad - I had milia, dryness, inflammation, and intense itchiness, and I was even considering taking prescription medication. But then I just didn't feel like trying anything else, and I thought it was a lost cause, so I gave this product another try. For the first two days, it seemed to make things even worse, but from the third day, I started seeing improvements. The redness significantly calmed down, and the milia started going away. It's not like 100% of my issues were resolved, and I still get the occasional breakout, but I'm really satisfied with how it helped soothe my skin. I thought the centella ingredient wouldn't work for me, but this product was actually quite good.
Cons
The only downside is that it's only available online. For oily skin types, it might be a bit too rich. It seems to be a highly concentrated cream, and when applied, it has a bit of a balm-like (vaseline-like) feel to it. But for my dry skin, it was perfect. The price is a bit on the higher side, though.
Tip
I think using this product along with an ampoule would be even better. Apply a thin layer and gently pat it into the skin when your skin is slightly damp.

Here is my review after using the Hwahae Trial Reviewer for a week! 1. As a soothing cream, the efficacy is the most important factor, right? When my skin was really irritated, I applied the right amount diligently, and the soothing effect was immediate. I've tried many other popular creams, but they didn't seem to work well for my skin. But this one seems to match my skin perfectly! I used it during my period when my skin was inflamed, and I could clearly see that the big pimples and small acne were significantly calmed and subsided within a day or two. 2. The texture is not too sticky or oily at all, so I could apply it lightly and my skin felt moisturized. The texture is the most important factor for this type of cream. If it's too thick and oily, even using a small amount can make the skin feel stuffy and worsen the skin troubles... (For me, the ㄷㅌㅈㄹㅌ cream was like that 😭) But this one has a texture similar to a moisturizing cream, so it wasn't burdensome at all. 3. It's fragrance-free. Personally, I don't really like the herbal or grassy scents in cosmetics, so the fragrance-free aspect was great. If the scent doesn't suit me, I tend to avoid using the product no matter how effective it is.
