As someone who's been using Holika Holika since my student days, I can say their foundations and cushions are wonderfully hydrating! The way it wears off is even pretty, and when I go out wearing this, people often tell me my skin looks great. My complexion is on the lighter side, so most drugstore brands tend to look yellow or darken significantly, but this product doesn't do that at all! It's absolutely fantastic. There's nothing to complain about... really, there's nothing... absolutely nothing!!! - Color: Holika Holika is a color sensation in my book! It nails that perfect ivory shade without any reddish or yellowish undertones. - Skin finish: While it's not exactly 'glowy' as the name suggests, it gives a beautiful, soft matte finish. - Oxidation: As someone who needs makeup to last at least 9 hours a day, oxidation is my top concern! This product didn't oxidize at all until I got home - I'm absolutely thrilled! - It's called 'Hard Cover Glow Foundation', but where's the hard cover? And where's the glow? ..... - Being a foundation, it provides some coverage, but if you're after full coverage, you'll need to add concealer. - If you're looking for a glowy finish, this foundation reminds you that a radiant base is key^=^..haha - Scent: What is this fragrance....it's so artificial.....The scent gives me a headache for about two hours after application. I thought it was just me, but I found other reviews mentioning the artificial scent.. I even checked the manufacturing date, wondering if it was old^+^... I have three brownish acne scars, so I applied concealer before the foundation. Then I used a damp beauty sponge to apply the foundation, and the result was satisfying! 
co*******Combination SkinRecommendedOct 3, 2019I found the perfect match while searching for a moisturizing companion to pair with Double Wear, which can be drying and lacks color variety. *Color: For me (shade 17), it's a natural, versatile, and pretty color. *Application: While not quite a glowy foundation feel, it has a BB cream-like moistness when applying. *Darkening: Medium *Longevity: Medium-high *Transfer: Low-medium *Blemishes: None so far. *Coverage: Medium *Settling into fine lines: Low-medium They really didn't need to add artificial fragrance... sigh. But I'm satisfied since I bought it to mix with other foundations. While it doesn't have the full coverage or dewy glow of some foundations, it's a versatile option for mixing with other bases. For touch-ups, use a sponge to press and blend outwards for a natural skin finish.

Excellent spreadability, and when applied as a base, it doesn't cake up at all. The color is pretty and doesn't look unnatural or patchy on my darker skin tone, blending in seamlessly and thinly. Since it's summer, it does a great job at expressing a dewy skin look Mixing experiments Standalone: The standalone version seems the prettiest With tone-up cream: Looks a bit uneven... and just okay. When it breaks down, it gets messy With BB cream: Natural and good As natural as it is, the coverage is a bit weak. It only lightly conceals redness. Applying more does improve coverage, but I prefer a more natural look with some visible blemishes As of October 2019, I've switched back to using BB cream. Given the nature of foundation, it's harder for me to manage the breakdown compared to BB cream, which gets my skin dirtier. But I do acknowledge that this foundation is a quality product with good ingredients and gentleness, and I hope it becomes more popular 
no*****Combination SkinRecommendedJun 18, 2019I bought this immediately without hesitation after hearing that it was better than individual live broadcasts. As summer is almost here, my skin has become very dry and oily bumps have been popping up a lot, so I purchased this to use along with a summer cushion. Overall, my skin is extremely dry, but the T-zone is also very oily and bumpy, my chin is extremely dry with a lot of flakiness, and even my cheeks get creases when they get a little dry... it's a total mess. So I wanted to use something that would provide both moisture and a matte finish. I bought this to provide the moisture. The color is nice. But when you apply it, it's better to apply a good amount in one go rather than layering it thinly, which is the usual way to apply foundation. At first, I thought I was applying too much and that it would look thick, but when I spread it out, it blended in beautifully. On the other hand, when I applied it in thin layers, it looked uneven and patchy. When I applied a generous amount and spread it out, it looked beautifully porcelain-like. To be honest, even after applying it all over, it doesn't feel moisturizing at all... I used to use Guerlain foundation, which was moisturizing but the color was too dark for me, so I wasn't fully satisfied. The color of this product is nice, but after applying it, I can still feel the dryness. I guess I was looking for a more glowy, luminous look, but it ends up with a matte finish. Of course, after some time, an oily sheen does start to come through. I'll have to use it more to decide if I'll repurchase. I was surprised to find no reviews;; My combination skin has redness and periodic breakouts. Although it's a glow foundation, it doesn't look overly shiny! It applies smoothly at first, without emphasizing any flakiness, and leaves a dewy finish. But once it sets, it becomes semi-matte and has pretty good longevity. Since it's called 'Glow', those with dry skin who prefer a more luminous complexion may find it a bit lacking. If you use a hydrating base beforehand or mix it in, you can get a more moisturized application.
