  As someone with very dry skin, I find that when I apply this before bed, it absorbs beautifully overnight. By morning, my skin feels incredibly soft and my blemishes have calmed down. I'll definitely keep purchasing this! The sample of the original sleeping mask they included was great too. I plan to use this product during the dry spring, fall, and winter seasons, and switch to the original formula for summer.

  Cons

  Those with oily skin might find this a bit heavy. It could feel quite rich, especially in the peak of summer.

  Struggling with dryness that came with aging, I stumbled upon a product I'd received from a friend long ago, tucked away unused. On a whim, I decided to try it before bed. Wow! The dryness vanished, and for five days, my skin stayed hydrated without any skincare routine. My usually dry cheeks even became slightly oily in the afternoons. You can literally feel the hydration when touching your face! It's like I've regained my youthful skin... As an unemployed homebody, I don't usually bother with skincare, but after about five days when dryness starts creeping back, I apply this again before bed and wake up with baby-soft skin. Even people I meet outside ask what I've done to improve my complexion!

  However, given that even combination dehydrated skin becomes quite oily with this, those with oily skin might find their complexion improving but may need to keep blotting papers and oil-control powder on hand.

  I have combination dehydrated skin with whiteheads and tiny bumps. I applied this over my moisturizer before bed. It feels hydrating and does a great job calming redness. It's a bit rich, though.
