Definitely, when I apply this after using mascara, it seems to hold the mascara a bit better.
Cons

It really looks like you have false eyelashes on, and the fixation is great!!! There's hardly any clumping either😐

It's visually the same as not having done it at all ㅠㅠ And when you do this, it gets sticky, so dust settles on the eyelashes and they turn white. So when you try to brush off the dust, the eyelashes fall out ㅋㅋ

This is one of my life-changing products. I don't even know how many bottles I've bought so far. Not only does it last a long time, but the most important thing is that there is almost no powder fallout!
Cons
When you apply it, it sinks in due to the liquid weight, so it gets compressed. That's why you have to apply it and then brush it again after it dries. If it doesn't dry completely, it gets sticky and pulls out, causing extreme pain ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ

I purchased this online for 4,000 won. 👍It says 'Top Coat' on it, but I use it more as a transparent mascara. I mainly use it when I don't feel like wearing mascara or want a bare-faced look, and it works quite well. It's reasonably priced and the quality is good, so I'd recommend giving it a try. 👍There's a noticeable difference on days when I use just the eyelash curler versus when I use the eyelash curler and this product. It has good staying power and lasts a long time. I'd recommend this to those who find regular mascara too heavy or intense. Etude House seems to have good quality eye makeup products. In my subjective opinion, you won't regret purchasing this.

It's like using a nail top coat - it really improves the longevity of mascara. It's great for separating clumps and grooming brows or stray hairs. For the price, the amount you get is incredible. It doesn't dry out at all when you use it.
