  When applied over mascara, it may clump a bit but doesn't smudge much

  Cons

  As it dries, it tends to harden in a slightly clumpy way, not drying very attractively...

  Tip

  It works great for taming flyaways! Am I the only one who uses it like this?

  * The color is beautiful * The shade is gorgeous * The brush is excellent * It curls lashes well

  Cons

  * It's so disappointing that even one star feels generous * After applying and drying, it clumps into white flakes like eye gunk (which are hard to remove)

  Pros

  I love that this mascara coats your lashes once you've applied it. As someone with monolids, it's great for preventing eyeliner smudges. An extra coat makes it even more smudge-resistant!

  Cons

  It tends to clump a bit, which is a shame. Also, once it dries, some flakes tend to fall off.

  If I had to find a silver lining, the blue color of the product inside the case is pretty. But that's about it.

  Cons

  It clumps and gets cakey... and turns your eyebrows white. Use this if you want to look like the Snow Queen!
