Pros
I tried using a clear mascara because the black mascara would smear and cleansing was a hassle! Mascara usually has a short shelf life, but I was able to use this one for quite a long time. Even without wearing mascara, applying just the top coat can make the eyes appear more defined, making it great for a simple makeup look when going out.
Cons
For personal use, when using mascara, the eyebrows tend to droop down, and you have to go over them again with an eyebrow curler. The eyebrows don't seem to stay nicely arched and fixed in place. This was a product I didn't reach for often.

There are no good points hahahahahahaha The price is just cheap and when you apply it, your eyelashes look a bit more defined, but that's only in the moment you apply it.
