  Pros

  It's lightweight and really effective at calming blemishes. In the past, when I applied it generously to non-popping pimples, it would slightly bring them to a head so they could be extracted. After the renewal, this effect has slightly diminished. It absorbs well, isn't greasy, and has no scent. It seems to work well even for super sensitive skin.

  Cons

  Since I use it as a spot treatment, it lasts a very long time. However, the areas where I apply it tend to become dry.

  Tip

  After applying it and letting it fully absorb, when the skin feels dry, I layer a nourishing cream on top.

  While studying with the heater on, my skin would get very dry and red. Applying this cream was great - it's lightweight and quickly calms the skin. The texture is lighter than expected, making it perfect for quick hydration. You can reapply it frequently without any issues.

  Cons

  Although it's called a balm, the texture is closer to an emulsion. I'd prefer if it had a more balm-like consistency.

  I used this when my skin was irritated due to atopic dermatitis. As the seasons changed, my skin started turning red and dead skin cells began to appear. My skin barrier was compromised. At that time, even using my regular toner stung, and moisturizers that were supposed to be soothing only made that area sting and quickly dry out. That's when I tried this product, and my skin condition improved rapidly. It's also a product that can be used lightly.

  Cons

  It's not a lightweight moisturizing product, so it feels a bit heavy.

  Tip

  For atopic skin! When my face was so irritated that applying anything would sting, I followed this routine: Immediately after washing my face, I applied the Cica Balm. Then, I added hydration with a serum or essence in a fluid texture. After that, I reapplied the balm. This approach didn't hurt, provided hydration, and worked well for me.
