It's lightweight enough for kids to use, has a soothing effect that's great for blemishes, and I love that it comes in a tube. I don't have any particular complaints. The product is very gentle and excellent.

I've been using this product on my blemish spots since middle school. I've tried many other spot treatments and blemish balms, but I always come back to Innisfree's Bija Cica Balm. As the final step in my skincare routine, I apply a thick layer to the affected areas. By the next morning, my blemishes are significantly calmed down.
