  I apply this right after cleansing. Since I use Vega's squeaky-clean foam cleanser, I was pleased that there was no tight feeling when I applied it immediately after washing. Often, when I use it before bed, I wake up feeling like my skin has been soothed and calmed.

  I love how quickly it absorbs and how moisturizing it is. After it's absorbed, you can feel a slight cooling sensation.

  Right after application, it feels like there's a slight film, giving the impression that it hasn't fully absorbed, which I didn't like. Despite being a soothing product, I didn't really experience any calming effects on my skin. Especially when used on the face, it feels too oily and seems to worsen my skin condition. I'm using it up as a neck and hand cream substitute because I don't want to waste it, but I won't be repurchasing. There are many better soothing products out there, so I'd recommend trying something else instead of this.
