  My skin type has dry and dehydrated characteristics. This product has excellent moisturizing power. Even in the summer, I usually need to use oil, but when I used this product for the review, I only used this skin care product. It is that rich.   I was selected as a winner and am writing a review! First of all, thank you to the Hwahae staff members. This was just an average toner for me. If you dislike scented products, this one may not be for you! I'm not sure what the scent is, but it does have a fragrance. I have slightly sensitive and dry skin, but this didn't cause any breakouts or irritation! Those with sensitive skin can use this without worry~

  I didn't feel any moisture from using this. Other than that, there's no major disappointment. In addition to this toner, I do use other products, so I'm not entirely sure, but my skin type has changed from slightly dehydrated to more lacking in oil.
