1. Moisturizing Power It is moist due to the hyaluronic acid. I usually do 3 skin applications, but this only requires 2 skin applications to feel sufficiently moisturized. 2. Texture When I dropped it on the back of my hand, it fell like water, not lightweight but with a substantial drop. It has a watery essence texture. 3. Fragrance The fragrance is herbal, but it is very refreshing and pleasant.
Cons

This is a skin with a hyaluronic acid and black rice base. The formula has a watery, low-viscosity feel. I would soak a cotton pad with it and wipe it off, and when I wanted more hydration, I would scoop out some of the skin and absorb it into my face. The previous toner I used right before this product was also a hyaluronic acid skin, but that one had a stronger scent, while this one has a lighter fragrance, which I prefer. There is a characteristic hyaluronic acid scent, but I'm not a huge fan of that. In terms of the fragrance, I'm satisfied with this product. I used the previous hyaluronic acid toner because my skin was extremely dehydrated, and this product also seems excellent at addressing dehydration. Apart from the black rice, there are many similarities to the toner I was using before, so the comparison is clear. First, the absorption! My sister didn't like using the previous toner because it was sticky and didn't absorb well, leaving a slippery feel. I had even tried to get her to use it, but she didn't like it. But this product doesn't have any of that. After wiping it off and absorbing it, that's it! No slipperiness or stickiness at all. Next, the hydration! For those with dehydrated or dry skin, this product alone might be enough, even in the current humid weather. I'm really satisfied with the hydration.
