The texture applies smoothly and moisturizes well, absorbing quickly without leaving any rich residue. It's a triple threat, tackling skin texture refinement, oil and moisture balance, and sebum control all at once. It seems to have a calming effect just as blemishes or small bumps are about to appear. With its abundant hydration, it's suitable for daily use, and even those with super sensitive skin can use it without worry. For those with extremely dry skin, using this product alone might not be quite enough. When blemishes start to appear, try applying a bit extra to the affected areas for quick relief. - ct********Apr 18, 2025
After much deliberation due to my folliculitis concerns, I decided to purchase this product However, it stings so intensely upon application that I can't bring myself to use it - go*****Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinInner DrynessDead Skin CellsApr 2, 2025
It has a thick, ointment-like texture, but after a while, it feels like you've barely applied anything at all. For acne-prone or dry skin, it might still feel a bit dehydrating. If you don't exfoliate, you may experience some pilling of dead skin cells. - ha*********Combination SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsRecommendedMar 21, 2025
This cream instantly makes your skin feel velvety smooth while still providing hydration. It's definitely effective at controlling excess oil. However, if you apply too much, it can pill like dead skin cells. It's not suitable for use before makeup, and as it mattifies the skin, it can somewhat accentuate pores. Also, it feels more like it's creating a barrier on the skin rather than deeply moisturizing. I'd recommend this for those with extremely oily skin. - ha*******Dry SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinDark CirclesRednessJan 23, 2025
Even though I have dry skin, I kept reapplying and used moisturizing skincare, but I couldn't feel any benefits other than soothing redness. I have dry skin. First off, it's thick, but it's so incredibly thick that it was difficult to apply on my face. I thought the friction from rubbing it in might make my redness worse, but after fully applying it, the redness actually improved. However, it pills up like dead skin cells, making me think it was my own skin peeling off for a moment. No matter how much I apply, it's extremely drying. You're better off using a hydrating product - that one gives intense moisture and glow. This one is super thick, not moisturizing at all, so it doesn't give any glow. I feel like if I apply makeup over it, everything will just sit on top and look cakey. - kj*****Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessEnlarged PoresDead Skin CellsRecommendedOct 20, 2024
As someone with oily and sensitive skin, I find that when my skin is irritated, applying this like a moisturizer before bed seems to have a calming effect. For those with extremely oily skin, it might feel a bit heavy for daytime use. - me*******Dry SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessRecommendedJul 6, 2024
At that time, I didn't experience any large, pus-filled blemishes. Usually, my skin tends to flare up every summer to the point where I need to visit a dermatologist. When I was using this product, I was wearing a mask all day and spending long hours studying, which affected my digestion. Despite this stressful period, I didn't have any serious skin issues. I stopped using it when I noticed small bumps appearing, but I think that might have been because I only applied this product to my very dry face. It seems like it could be an excellent product for combination dehydrated skin or oily-combination skin if used after hydrating with a hyaluronic acid-containing product. I've already mentioned the drawbacks. It's been a few years since I last used this product, but now that I've learned the proper way to use it, I'm thinking about giving it another try. - wj*****Oily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsDark CirclesEnlarged PoresRednessRecommendedJun 17, 2024
When applied at night, it keeps my skin hydrated until the next day. It also helps control excess oil production. It can cause a burning or tingling sensation when applied. There's also a feeling of pilling on the skin. - Hwahae UserOily SkinRednessRecommendedMay 6, 2024
It's great because it doesn't make my skin oily when applied. I also feel like it helps reduce redness. Some might find it a bit drying, though it was fine for me. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedMar 12, 2024
During puberty, my face was covered in blemishes, but after using this product, they've all disappeared. I highly recommend it! It's great to apply at night, but it tends to pill like dead skin cells, so it's not ideal for daytime use. It's best to apply it only on blemish-prone areas before going to bed.
