There's absolutely nothing positive to say. I wish I could turn back time to before I applied this. After using this, my previously flawless skin became covered in folliculitis. It's so severe it's like a genuine skin condition. Are we sure this is even safe to apply to the face? - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinDec 14, 2021
I loved how moisturizing it was. It feels like it instantly replenishes hydration, which is great. If you use too much, it seems to provide excess nourishment, which might trigger blemishes. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinDec 8, 2021
Even though I don't have dry skin, this alone was enough to prevent deep dryness. However, for those with truly dry skin, this might not be sufficient on its own. The cap is incredibly inconvenient, and the product leaking from the sides is really bothersome. After using this, I developed milia for the first time in my life. Everyone raves about Avène, which is why I bought it, but it seems to be completely incompatible with my skin. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinMay 24, 2021
When used with a cotton pad, it absorbs well and helps refine skin texture. As someone with sensitive, oily skin, I feel like this product might be causing blemishes to appear. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinFeb 21, 2021
When applied in the right amount after cleansing, it provided ample hydration. It's not sticky, so it seems like it could be comfortably used even in humid summers. I'm using this along with Avène Hydrance Aqua Cream-in-Gel, and I've noticed a slight increase in milia on my forehead, nose, and chin, areas that typically produce more sebum. However, we should consider the current situation where wearing masks is necessary. I downloaded the Hwahae app to check the ingredients and was disappointed to find three potentially harmful components. - Hwahae UserDry SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinFeb 6, 2021
Plump and bouncy texture Great for layering multiple times Doesn't feel like it's drying out your skin immediately The formula feels a bit oily As someone with sensitive skin, I think this might be causing my blemishes to resurface - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinNov 6, 2020
The rich texture feels incredibly hydrating, making it perfect for winter use. I snagged a great deal with a buy-one-get-one-free offer at Olive Young. Unfortunately, this didn't work for me personally. While the texture felt nice when applying, I noticed my skin getting clogged and potentially causing blemishes, so I stopped using it. After checking Hwahae reviews, I found quite a few people reporting breakouts after using this product. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinSep 7, 2020
I bought this after trying it as a tester because the hydration was impressive for a toner. My skin type is dry, and after purchasing, I found that applying it twice is enough. It's a great toner for those with dry skin. However, I'm not sure if this toner doesn't agree with me, but after using it for a few days, my skin reacted badly. I started getting blemishes all over my face. When I stopped using this toner and switched to a different one, my skin gradually returned to normal. The fragrance is also too strong. Every time I apply this toner, the scent is overwhelmingly potent. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinAug 12, 2020
It's sticky, making it easy to apply. The scent is pleasant. Being a 1+1 deal, it's affordable and you can use a generous amount. Even when using a small amount, it feels heavy. It gives a suffocating sensation. After using this, I experienced a significant breakout of blemishes. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinJul 20, 2020
It's moisturizing. My skin was getting extremely dry, so I thought this would help hydrate it. I have super sensitive skin, so I only used this for 3-4 days. It felt moisturizing, but then something strange happened. Gradually, small bumps and hard blemishes started appearing... It was awful! I ended up spending more money going to the dermatologist. I bought it during a buy-one-get-one-free sale at Olive Young, so it was cheap, but... At first, it seemed like my skin was improving, but then it suddenly flared up... Tiny bumps everywhere! It doesn't suit my skin... I have combination, sensitive, and dehydrated skin that breaks out with cystic acne when products don't agree with me. After using this product, my face was covered in small bumps... I never had these before! My skin became even more problematic. For those with sensitive skin... I wouldn't recommend trying this. For those who want to buy it, it's cheaper when Olive Young has a buy-one-get-one-free deal. I liked that Olive Young's same-day delivery brought it to my home in just an hour. I wish it had worked for my skin...
