ConsWow, using this makes my skin super super super irritated. It stings even just by brushing against it;; It's fine to use on the back of my hand, but when it touches my face, it's too irritating, so I only used it when playing with swatches on the back of my hand...๐ฑ

ConsIf you have sensitive skin like me, you should be careful. I think it's because of the phenoxyethanol - when I was removing it, my skin felt like it was on fire and burning.

ConsI have sensitive skin and as soon as I washed, it turned red right away. It's hot and itchy. Since today is the first time I used this product, it seems that this product is the problem. When I checked Hwahae, it turns out that it contains ingredients that are not good for sensitive skin... I usually use Bioderma, but I ran out and used this product that my brother bought, and that's what happened... The amount also seems too small.

The ingredients seemed simpler and gentler compared to other products. The cleansing power was much better than I expected. While it doesn't remove heavy makeup, it can easily take off stubborn sunscreens, cushion foundations, and gel eyeliners when applied generously on a cotton pad. I've been using Bioderma cleansing products, but those with concerns about Bioderma might want to give this a try. I'll definitely repurchase this.
ConsThe only downside is that it stings a bit when removing makeup from the lips, which can be irritating if done repeatedly. This may be the case with other products as well, so it's best to gently remove makeup in as few wipes as possible.
TipEven though it's a no-rinse type, you might want to do a quick water cleanse if you want to reduce dryness.

Slightly oily in the T-zone and chin area during the summer. @Makeup - In the summer, I always do my makeup in the order of primer-makeup base-foundation-concealer-powder, and I wear full makeup every day except on my days off, including eyeshadow, eyeliner, under-eye liner, and lipstick. @Cleansing - I always use an eye makeup remover, cleansing oil/water, and then a foaming cleanser. I've been using the Physiogel cream for over 10 years since high school. Even when I've received or used other products as gifts, I always end up going back to the Physiogel cream. I've never used the Physiogel cleansing products before, so I was excited to try them out. -Cleansing Power It definitely removes eye and lip makeup well (except for mascara, as I always have eyelash extensions). Even with heavily pigmented lip tints, a little cotton pad soaked in the product can remove them almost completely. It also removes waterproof eyeliner well. However, for base makeup, even after wiping a few times, there were still residues left, so I ended up using a foaming cleanser. I tried using a bit less product the first day, then more the next day, but the results were similar. I tried to wipe it off more, but my skin felt irritated and stinging, so I had to stop. -Moisturizing Normally, after using cleansing water products, my skin feels very tight and dry on the surface and inside, but that wasn't the case with this product. There was no sticky feeling either, which was good.
ConsAfter using this product, there was no dryness or tightness, but my skin felt irritated and stinging. I'm not sure what caused that, but even when wiping it off with a cotton pad, I personally felt a slight irritation.
TipThis product seems suitable for those who wear light makeup or have eyelash extensions. Even though eyelash extensions usually require oil-based products that can cause them to fall off quickly, this product was able to remove eye makeup well without that issue. However, while there was no eye irritation, it did feel quite stinging if it got into the eyes.

I originally didn't get along well with cleansing water, so I always used cleansing cream. So when using this product, I was doubtful if it would clean well, so I experimented by also using a cleansing cream after... and I was surprised to see that it had cleaned everything thoroughly The scent seems fine to me
ConsSince I have sensitive skin, cleansing waters have always been irritating and stinging. This product doesn't seem much different either - it gives me a burning, almost painful... stinging sensation ๐ญ So I can't really use it well..(I guess cleansing cream is still the best for me..๐ข) If it gets in the eyes, it stings severely and really hurts. It's better to avoid the eye area..really ๐ญ

I tried this cleansing water and was pleased with how moisturized the finish was, and that it removed my makeup well. And even though I have acne-prone skin, nothing has come up yet, so I think it's working well! It also seems suitable for sensitive skin.
ConsAs it's a cleansing water, it's inevitable that there's some irritation when wiping it off with cotton pads. I usually do a first cleanse with oil, so when I use the cleansing water, my skin does tend to get a bit reddish, since my skin is sensitive and easily turns red when touched.
TipI try to apply and wipe it off very gently to minimize any irritation.

It does not feel slippery with oil during the second cleansing.
ConsUnfortunately, it did not suit my skin, so I had to stop using it after just two days. As a dry-skinned person, the water-type with oil seemed to work better for me without causing any trouble. Starting from the second day after using it, breakouts started appearing all over my face. I hadn't changed any other cosmetics or cleansers. It's a shame, but I plan to use it as a point makeup remover once my skin calms down. The first photo is from the first day of use, and the subsequent photos are from after two days of use, showing the breakouts.
TipRecommended for those with oily skin rather than dry skin.

(Skin Type) Severely dehydrated combination skin, with oiliness mainly in the T-zone during summer. (Makeup) Tends to apply makeup lightly (carelessly) using a combination of chemical sunscreen and cushion foundation. (Usual Cleansing Habits) - Has used various cleansing water brands (Bio-derma*, La Roche-Posay*, Garnier*, Innisfree* etc.) as they felt their skin improved when using cleansing water. (Breakouts) The Innisfree* oil water caused breakouts the next day when only rinsing with water after use, but no breakouts from other cleansing water brands. !Physiogel Cleansing Water! Physiogel has a good brand image with its straightforward and effective products, but this was the first time trying their cleansers, and being a cleansing water, it raised expectations. ๐๐ปPros - Cleansing Power. Normally it takes 5 cotton pads or more to remove makeup, but the Physiogel cleansing water seemed to remove it almost completely with just 2 pads. (Based on using chemical sunscreen + cushion, mineral sunscreen is mentioned in the Cons) - No Stickiness. There's no residual film-like feeling after wiping. Usually, even cleansing waters that claim to be hydrating can leave a tacky finish if not rinsed thoroughly, but this one had a clean finish despite the hydration. - Cooling Sensation. Not sure why, but there's a cooling effect after using it. The skin temperature seems to drop, giving a refreshing, not heated, feeling. - No Fragrance. Even when claiming to be fragrance-free, some products have an odd scent, but this cleansing water had no such unpleasant fragrance. The mild scent from the Physiogel cream is barely noticeable. >Except when using certain foundation, it cleanses well, leaves a clean finish, and there's no severe dryness even after 30 minutes, so I think I'll use it regularly.
Cons๐๐ปDisadvantages - After using the Innisfree* oil water, it caused trouble for me. - Day 1 The combination of mineral sunscreen (Innisfree* No-Sebum Mineral Sunscreen) + semi-matte foundation with waterproof function (Laneige All-Day Foundation) that I applied on this day... After cleansing with this product and water, the next day, I had a bumpy reaction on the T-zone. - Day 2 Organic sunscreen (Crave Beat the*, a well-suited product that didn't cause any trouble reaction) + the same foundation: The bumps remained, and red blemishes appeared in an unusual location, not where I usually get blemishes. (I usually get one or two on my chin) - Day 3 Mineral sunscreen (same as above) + cushion: No blemishes In summary, the mineral sunscreen seems to be removable, but when combined with the waterproof foundation, it became too strong, and complete cleansing couldn't be achieved with just micellar water + water cleansing. (Not recommended) For those who regularly use mineral sunscreen, use foundations that adhere strongly to the skin, or use the two in combination, it would be better to do deep cleansing with oil or the like. >>Those using the Laneige All-Day Foundation, please take note<<
TipMany of you have probably come across beauty webtoons here and there! On days when I'm feeling really lazy, I sometimes just use the cleansing water in my pump bottle to cleanse my face, similar to washing it, and finish with a water rinse. It worked just as well for me as wiping it off with cotton pads! I really recommend this method for those who struggle with laziness or are sensitive to the friction of cotton pads!!!

(For reference, I have sensitive and problematic skin) โค Excellent Cleansing Power When removing eye makeup and face makeup, the cleansing power was quite good! To be more specific, I'd say it's around medium to high level. When removing face makeup (mineral sunscreen), I first used this cleansing water on a cotton pad to wipe it off, and then washed my face with just water, and it removed everything well. โค Decent Ingredients The overall ingredient composition is relatively simple, and while it contains phenoxyethanol and citric acid, it's fine for those who don't have issues with these ingredients. โค Fragrance-free I prefer fragrance-free products, so I was glad that this was fragrance-free. โค No Irritation (Gentle) When removing eye makeup, my eyes didn't feel irritated at all! However, some reviews have mentioned that it did cause irritation for them, so it seems to vary from person to person...
ConsThere were some good points, but there were quite a few disappointing aspects as well ใ ใ ๐ Breakouts (Phenoxyethanol) I've always thought that phenoxyethanol doesn't agree with my skin, and even though I thought it might be okay this time, my skin ended up reacting badly ใ ใ I hope others with a similar adventurous spirit don't try it out. If you're sensitive to phenoxyethanol, please don't use this product ใ I used it once and immediately broke out terribly. The product description said it's suitable for sensitive skin, but I guess that doesn't include those sensitive to phenoxyethanol ใ ใ ๐ Poor Cost-Effectiveness ร The cost-effectiveness doesn't seem very good ใ ใ I think this product is meant to remove both eye and face makeup, but when I used it just once to remove my face makeup, the amount used up a lot of the product. Since I have sensitive skin, I soaked the cotton pad quite a bit, which might be why it went down so quickly.
TipThose who don't get along with phenoxyethanol and citric acid should absolutely avoid using this! And while the product description says it's been tested for non-irritation and low-irritation on the skin, I'd recommend a different product for those with sensitive skin..!
