Pros
I received this product through sponsorship on Instagram. To be honest, I usually don't trust sponsored products much as I have a sensitive skin that's prone to breakouts, so I always carefully check the ingredients before using them. But surprisingly, this product didn't cause any breakouts, and my skin has actually been feeling a bit better lately. I used to only use a foam cleanser, but now I use a cotton pad to wipe off my makeup first, and then use the foam cleanser for a second cleanse. It seems to be a pretty decent product to use.
Cons
The only downside is the product volume. It feels like I've already used up quite a bit of it after just a month or so.
Tip
For those of you with sensitive skin like mine, don't think you can completely remove your makeup with just this product. After wiping it off with this, I recommend getting an inexpensive foaming cleanser from Daiso and using that for an extra cleansing step. That way, there's no irritation and it works great.

After cleansing, it feels like it has absorbed all the excess oil, leaving no sticky residue at all. There's no oiliness, and it gives a refreshed, squeaky-clean feeling, which I really loved!! It's quite gentle and mild. I have a dry complexion despite having an intelligent nature. I tried this cleansing water and was pleased with how moisturized the finish was, and that it removed my makeup well. And even though I have acne-prone skin, nothing has come up yet, so I think it's working well! It also seems suitable for sensitive skin.
Cons
As it's a cleansing water, it's inevitable that there's some irritation when wiping it off with cotton pads. I usually do a first cleanse with oil, so when I use the cleansing water, my skin does tend to get a bit reddish, since my skin is sensitive and easily turns red when touched.
Tip
I try to apply and wipe it off very gently to minimize any irritation.

I have sensitive skin, so I usually stick to the products I'm used to. But I heard the new one from Olive Young was gentle, so I bought it based on the recommendation. After trying it, it really is gentle. But it doesn't compromise on cleansing power either. I use the Kiss Me Heroine Make gel eyeliner, and that also removes well. It doesn't sting my eyes at all, and I had a pleasant experience using it throughout. I didn't have any breakouts either.

Using cleansing tissues makes my face feel hot, so I usually use cleansing oil to remove makeup and then follow up with a cleansing foam for a second cleanse. This product, however, is gentle on my skin and effectively cleanses. I just soak a cotton pad with the cleansing water and wipe it on, then rinse with water. My skin feels comfortable and I haven't experienced any breakouts or tightness so far! The photo shows the cosmetics I normally use - I tested them on my arm and the pigments were removed cleanly, except for a light stain left by the tint.
