I switched to this after using L'Occitane products, looking for something with better ingredients. It does make my hair temporarily soft. However, nothing keeps my hair as soft for as long as L'Occitane does. If you don't have damaged hair, this product should be sufficient. Unfortunately, I had an allergic reaction to this. While the ingredients are better than L'Occitane's, I'm not sure why this causes an allergic reaction for me. I tested it on and off for about a month or two, hoping it wasn't the case, but every time I used it, I had an reaction. If it weren't for this, I would have switched to this product just for the better ingredients. - Hwahae UserDry SkinJul 28, 2017
Even after dyeing my hair and using the treatment, I had to apply an essence. But with Mucota, my hair feels smooth and glossy even after drying, as if I had applied an essence. The scent is also just right and I really like it. Among all the treatments I've used so far, this is undoubtedly the best. I've been using it for about 3 months, but I've been getting pimples on my face, especially on my forehead and chin area. For reference, I don't usually get pimples easily. The pimples started appearing after I started using this product, so I'm currently checking if there's anything else I've changed in my skincare routine. But it seems that around 85% of the issue is likely caused by Mucota, as it seems to contain something that doesn't agree with my skin. Leaving the treatment on for a bit longer makes my hair even better.
