You need to press it firmly for absorption. For a toner, it provides good hydration.
ConsI prefer watery toners, but this one feels a bit slippery, which I'm not fond of.

I highly recommend this for those with very dry skin.
ConsIt's a bit slippery, so rather than using a cotton pad, it's better to dispense some onto your hands and gently pat it in for better absorption.
TipWhile you might use other products regularly, this is great to use on particularly dry days. Just dispense some onto your hands and pat it in for absorption.

It's just moisturizing and good for casual use...
ConsAbsorption is a bit slow, and after using more than one bottle, I didn't see any particular effects. It doesn't seem worth spending 20,000 won on this. It's a bit slippery, making it difficult to use as an exfoliating toner. I'm using both the basic and plus versions, but I can't really tell the difference between them. There's a 4,000 won price difference too.

You can feel the hydration penetrating deep into your skin, leaving it moisturized and effectively combating deep dryness.
ConsWhile it's said to absorb quickly, the slippery texture might not be everyone's cup of tea.
TipI highly recommend this as a first essence for those struggling with dehydration and severe dryness deep within the skin.

They might want to consider renaming it to 'essence'. It doesn't flow like water, but rather has a more cohesive texture. Usage experience: It's... quite ambiguous. I apply it with a cotton pad too. When using a cotton pad, it glides on incredibly smoothly, which is nice. However... I've heard hyaluronic acid is supposed to feel slippery, but this is far from that sensation. It feels like it absorbs slowly, and there's this lingering, slightly sticky feeling on the skin. Because of this, if you want to apply a cream over it, you absolutely need to wait about a minute. As someone who prefers quick absorption and a moisturized feel, this isn't particularly appealing... Effectiveness: This is where it gets tricky... Even if it doesn't absorb well, I'd appreciate it if it at least gave a deeply hydrated feeling, but it doesn't even do that. I have acne-prone combination dehydrated sensitive skin with a thin barrier and lots of sebaceous pores, and this product doesn't make my skin smoother or provide enough hydration to use it alone. Yet, I can't layer a moisturizer over it, which is frustrating. While it hasn't improved anything, it hasn't made anything worse either. So, I keep it around as a product to use when I don't have anything else, using it occasionally.
ConsThe poor absorption is probably the most ambiguous aspect. I thought the high molecular weight ingredients would create a protective layer on the skin, but contrary to my expectations, it just feels slippery...

No matter how much you apply, it never feels heavy or pills. It just absorbs well into the skin every time.
ConsIt feels a bit slippery at first, but that's a small price to pay for such great hydration.

As my skin became more resilient, my blemishes almost disappeared, leaving only some marks behind. It's my holy grail!
ConsThis product has that characteristic slippery feel typical of hyaluronic acid formulations. I was fine with it, but I know some people might not like that sensation.

My skin type is combination - oily on the nose, normal on the forehead, and dry on the cheeks. I have a few blemishes on my cheeks that just won't seem to go away, unfortunately. I've previously used the Isntree toner, their regular hyaluronic acid toner, and even the version before it was renewed. This toner is completely fragrance-free. The texture is slightly viscous, like a runny gel. One of the main advantages of this toner is that it contains 5 types of hyaluronic acid, and the ingredients are really excellent. As expected from a hyaluronic acid toner, it's incredibly hydrating. You can really feel it deeply moisturizing your skin, and it significantly reduces deep dryness. After using this product for about 3 weeks, my skin feels much less tight after cleansing. It's almost oil-free, so I think even those with oily skin could use it without any issues. My skin feels more supple, and the skincare products I apply afterwards seem to absorb much better. It's not particularly seasonal and is great for year-round use.
ConsIt's quite slippery, so it might not be ideal as an exfoliating toner. After absorption, it can feel a bit sticky.

Unlike a toner I used before - I think it was from Dr.G or somewhere - which was completely liquid and would drip everywhere, making a mess, this one has a nice consistency. It's not quite a slime texture, but it's not purely liquid either. The viscosity is just right, which I appreciate. Also, I noticed it doesn't make my skin feel as tight or dry as other products.
ConsHowever, I've found a few minor drawbacks. You need to squeeze the bottle a bit to get the toner out onto your hand. It's also slightly sticky, so if you touch something after applying it, things might feel a bit slippery. Even a few hours after application, when I touch my face while sweating, I can still feel that emulsion-like slickness.

I tried the Isntree Hyaluronic Acid Toner, which I've been curious about for a while, during an Olive Young sale. I chose the Plus version, thinking it would be better for winter. I usually experience a lot of dryness and use many skincare products, but I felt they weren't addressing my deep dehydration effectively. After using this product, I noticed significantly less dryness even without my usual creams or emulsions. This product truly gives the sensation of hydrating from within! The Plus toner was so moisturizing it felt like an essence, with a strong slippery feeling characteristic of hyaluronic acid. In my skincare routine, I first use a light water-based toner, then pour an appropriate amount of this toner into my hands and pat it into my skin. Initially, it feels very slippery, but as you pat and gently massage, it absorbs well. Afterwards, I apply my usual serums and essences. It really helped with my deep dehydration. In the morning, my skin looks normal at first glance, but while cleansing, I can feel the smooth sensation from the previous night's toner being washed away. That's when I realized how well it addressed my deep dehydration! I highly recommend this product as a starting step in skincare for those with dry skin or who experience deep dryness.
ConsI can't think of any downsides - it's that good! While it worked well for my dry skin, I wouldn't recommend it to those who dislike slippery textures. It's not a light, fresh type of product, but rather one that provides a rich, moisture-locking feeling.
TipAfter using an exfoliating toner, apply an appropriate amount of this product to your hands and pat it into your skin for absorption.
