But it doesn't dry out either. - The fragrance is not too strong, which is nice.
Cons- Liquid eyeliners are easy to remove, but gel-type eyeliners are difficult to remove, so you have to use a lip and eye remover, which is a hassle.
TipIf you don't have cleansing tissues on a day when you're too lazy to remove your makeup, it's good to use this.

ConsAs mentioned on the product packaging, if you apply too much to the cotton pad, it can become slippery when wiping This is just an issue with the usage experience, but it's something that can be adjusted, so I don't think it's a major problem

Refreshing As a cleansing water for oily skin, it is refreshing and wipes off without any stickiness. Sometimes after cleansing, there is a lot of residue left on the face that feels itchy, but this product did not have that feeling! Those who prefer a really watery formula rather than an oily and moisturizing feel will likely enjoy this product. 2. Cleansing Power I was not particularly satisfied with the cleansing power of micellar water products, but the Balia product has better cleansing power than other micellar waters! It cleanses thoroughly without the need to wipe multiple times. Base makeup and lip and eyebrow makeup are removed very well, and waterproof eye makeup can be cleaned with a dedicated remover! As you can see in the photo, almost everything except the eyeliner is removed. 3. Cost-Effectiveness When I first saw it, I was a bit surprised that the volume was larger than I expected! The cleansing water I was using before was not that small in volume, but this one is really big haha. And considering the large 400ml volume, I think the price is very affordable. Especially for a micellar product! I was also satisfied with the cost-effectiveness. 4. Bottle Opening Sometimes cleansing waters have openings that are too large or too small, making them inconvenient to use, but this one was just the right size and dispensing amount for me! It may seem like a minor issue, but I think it's important that there are no obstacles to using the product, aside from the product performance itself. I personally liked the product packaging.
Cons1. Fragrance Even though it doesn't contain fragrance, it has a very strong scent. I can't exactly pinpoint what the scent is, but it doesn't seem to be a pleasant one ㅠㅠ As someone sensitive to fragrances, this was a bit disappointing. That's why I deducted one star. 2. Cleansing on Matte Base When oily-skinned people remove their makeup, they usually apply the cleansing water-soaked cotton pad on top of their shiny skin in the evening, right? I do that too, and the makeup comes off very well on the shiny skin. But when I tried to test it by applying a new matte foundation and then removing it, it didn't come off as well and felt a bit clumpy as it was removed... I'm not sure what the phenomenon is, but I think I understand why this product is for oily skin. Dry-skinned people may experience some inconvenience when using this.
