It's unscented and colorless, removes makeup well, and the volume is really generous.
ConsWhile it is unscented, I do find it a bit tiresome to use up towards the end. The lid also lacks durability and tends to break easily.

ConsAs mentioned on the product packaging, if you apply too much to the cotton pad, it can become slippery when wiping This is just an issue with the usage experience, but it's something that can be adjusted, so I don't think it's a major problem

It's convenient to use as you just have to pull the cap up to open it, and it surprisingly removes makeup well. When I'm feeling lazy, I just soak a cotton pad with this and wipe it across my face, then finish up with a cleansing foam in the bathroom. It cleans well, but I still feel a bit unsatisfied using just this alone... I don't usually wear mascara, so I'm not sure how well it removes that, but it did a good job taking off my eyeliner.
ConsPersonally, the scent is a bit... It's not an extremely strong scent, but it's not a pleasant one either, so those sensitive to fragrances may find it unpleasant to use.
TipIt's formulated for combination skin, but it may be a bit drying for those with dry skin. I found it to feel a little tight on my skin when the weather got colder and my skin got drier. However, those who enjoy the convenience of cleansing waters will likely still find this product quite useful as it removes makeup well.

In that sense, it's great. And since there don't seem to be any troublesome ingredients for my skin, I can even use just the cleansing water and go to bed without getting new pimples. Cleansing Power Assuming I don't typically wear heavy makeup, a basic base and eye makeup can be mostly removed with just one or two swipes. For areas that are harder to remove, like under the eyes or the inner corners, a cotton swab can be used to gently wipe them a couple of times, and that does the trick. Apart from stubborn mascara, it can lightly remove pretty much everything. The bottle is quite generously sized, and I like that it's not just a dribble but really soaks the cotton pad when I use it. I think that's better for my skin, as it's less irritating when I apply it liberally. And the hydration level is decent as well.
ConsThe smell is really, really, really unpleasant. It's just a chemical odor. To be honest, I don't reach for this product very often. I'm not sure if it's because I haven't used a cleansing water in a long time, but sometimes it even foams up on the cotton pad. It feels more like a cleansing solution diluted in water rather than a true cleansing water. That's why I don't just go to bed after using this product. If you shake it and leave it, the foam lasts for about 3 days... So if you're looking for great cleansing power, this could be a plus.

Actually, I used this product when I was in Germany, and compared to then, the price is a bit expensive, so I didn't think the cost-effectiveness was amazing... But when compared to other products, it seems really, really cheap! ✅ It removes makeup well. I usually use waterproof makeup products for my eye makeup, and some gentle products don't remove it very well, but this one removed everything except my mascara and eyeliner. It even removed the glittery parts cleanly. It also removes lip makeup well.
Cons❗️ I'm not sure if it performs the role of a toner well. After removing my makeup, there was a feeling that something was left on my face, and there was actually a foamy residue left behind. Because of that, when I tried to apply an essence right after using this product, I felt a bit uncomfortable. ❗️ It has a bit of a scent. Personally, I don't dislike this kind of scent, but those sensitive to fragrance may find it unpleasant.
Tip🍯 If you use mascara, it's better to first remove your makeup with a lip and eye makeup remover, and then use this product. The mascara and eyeliner were still left behind. 🍯 It seems a bit too much to expect it to fully perform the role of a toner. After using this product, it would be better to follow up with a separate toner to properly cleanse your face.

When used together with the Fillimilli 1/2 makeup remover pads from Olive Young, you don't need to use a lot of cleansing water or toner, and it removes a lot of product - highly recommended! :) *Effectiveness It effectively removes base makeup, eyeshadow, liquid eyeliner, and eyebrows. Since I have eyelash extensions and don't wear mascara, it was really useful for removing eye makeup. *Cost-Effectiveness Great value for the price - it's affordable considering the amount. I've been using it consistently, and there's still a lot left. I'll likely repurchase when I run out. *Fragrance The fragrance doesn't bother me, but it might be divisive.
Cons*It stings a bit if it gets in your eyes, so be careful. *Compared to cleansing oils, it's not as effective at removing sebum, so if you have combination skin like me, you might notice some uneven texture on the upper part of your nose. I recommend using a cleansing tool or alternating with a cleansing oil every other day! *You can't expect this cleansing water to remove mascara or tint - you'll need a separate eye and lip makeup remover for that!
TipIt's a perfect match with the Fillimilli 1/2 makeup remover pads!

Additionally, the fact that it combines cleansing and toning functions can be an advantage, provided it suits your skin type. I personally don't tend to wear heavy makeup. I just do a natural basic makeup, and lipstick and eyeshadow come off easily. My foundation also washes off well. As for mascara, I don't usually wear it, so it's hard for me to evaluate that.
ConsOne of the ingredients is ethanol. I didn't see a dry skin version available. Those sensitive to ethanol may need to use a dry skin product instead. I also found the fragrance to be quite unpleasant. My daughter said she couldn't use it because of the scent.
TipThese days, there are cotton pads that work well even when using a small amount, so you can get good results while using less. Utilizing those could be helpful.

Then I lightly wipe off my face makeup with a 2nd step cleansing water, And finally, I thoroughly wash away any remaining makeup with a 3rd step cleansing foam. The main positive point is that the cleansing power is effective at removing eyeliner without much irritation when applied to the eyes. Since I have sensitive skin, using it incorrectly can cause redness and itchiness. At first, it didn't feel irritating, but suddenly redness appeared. I'm used to my current products, but I wanted to try something new, and I was selected, so I had high expectations. But it doesn't seem to suit me very well. However, it's fine for light use (on lips and eyes). I think there are some ingredients in it that don't agree with me. The price is 9,900 won, so it's not burdensome to use a lot. For those who don't have sensitive skin, they said it worked well after testing it. The fragrance is a matter of personal preference, so it's best to test it before purchasing.
ConsFor those sensitive to scents, it's a good idea to test it out before purchasing, as there is an acetone-like smell every time you use it.
